To make a reservation for Gracias Shuttle tickets on tiket.com, you can access it through the website or the tiket.com app available on Playstore or the Apple Store. After that, follow these steps:
- Open the tiket.com app on your smartphone or visit the website.
- Select the "Bus & Travel" service feature.
- Fill in the origin city, destination, date, number of seats, then click "Search for buses and travel."
- Choose a bus using the "Filter & Sort" option, then in the "Bus & Travel Agents" list, select "Pahala Kencana" and save.
- Find a suitable bus based on class and preferred travel time.
- Click on your chosen bus, review the details, and check the terms.
- Select your seat through the "Choose Seat" option.

- Booking Bus & Travel tickets through tiket.com can be done up to a maximum of 3 months before the departure date, depending on the policies and ticket availability from respective vendors.
- For children aged 2 (two) years or older, or those occupying a separate seat, the full adult fare will apply.
- Pickup and Drop-Off Policy:
- Can only be done at the designated pickup points.
- Some Bus & Travel agents may allow passengers to alight outside the designated arrival point, provided the drop-off location is along the bus & travel route.
- To get more information about departure and arrival locations, select Bus & Travel first, then use filters based on departure and arrival points.
Terms and Conditions
Departure
- Passengers should be ready at least 60 minutes before departure at the designated departure point set by the agent. Passenger delays may result in unilateral ticket cancellation without a refund.
- The departure time stated in the application is the local time at the departure point.
- Passengers are required to present the e-ticket and valid identification (ID card/ Passport/ Driver's License).
- Passengers must sit according to their seat numbers.
- Baggage capacity is max 25 kg. If exceeded, passengers must pay an additional fee.
- Passengers are not allowed to bring pets.
- Passengers are prohibited from carrying flammable items, animals, hazardous goods, and illegal drugs.
Cancellation, Refund, & Reschedule
- E-tickets cannot be canceled or rescheduled (non-cancellable & non-reschedulable).
- Passengers will not receive a refund for trip cancellations (non-refundable).
