To get airlines change information, you can easily find it through:

1. Inbox on the email registered when ordering; or
2. WhatsApp on the number registered when ordering; or
3. Check the information on the airline's web portal.

 If you agree with the latest schedule that was informed, you can still use the old ticket, but if you want to get a ticket with the latest schedule, you can contact the relevant airlines.

 

 You can also contact the relevant airlines for a free rescheduling, especially for AirAsia, please contact halo tiket and we will assist you directly. For information, if you request a rescheduling through the Smart Reschedule feature, you will still be subject to normal regulations and rescheduling fees.

 

However, if you do not agree with the alternative schedule offered, you can request a full refund via the Refund Feature available on tiket.com. You can check information on how to refund here.
