How and Where to Exchange Tickets
E-tickets/vouchers do not need to be printed, you only need to show the E-ticket/voucher from your smartphone when exchanging or at the entrance. Tickets can be redeemed at any time during the validity period.
The e-ticket or QR code must be scanned at the entrance gate, you can follow the designated lane based on the type of ticket you booked:
- Standard Gondola: Lines A, B & C
- Ride Express: Line D
- Glass Floor Gondola: Line E
Please note that the ticket QR code is only valid for 72 hours from the date of visit at Awana SkyWay during regular operation hours. You can scan the QR code at any of the following 3 stations; Awana Station, Chin Swee Station, or Sky Avenue Station, prior to entering the gate.
T-mates, the prices listed already include tax, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. You are required to fill in personal data when ordering tickets.

Before getting on the Awana SkyWay Gondola Cable Car, make sure you follow the important informations below:
- Children with a height under 90cm are entitled to a free ride.
- Please note that t-mates can bring one bag the size of an airplane cabin into the gondola, while for larger luggage there will be an additional fee of RM20 (one way) or RM35 (round trip).
- Awana SkyWay is a non-smoking attraction.
- Pets are prohibited in and around the area, including all stations and inside the gondola.
- Each Standard Gondola can accommodate up to 10 passengers, including children, while the glass floor gondola can accommodate up to 6 passengers.
- The glass floor gondola is only available at Awana SkyWay.
- Wheelchair and stroller access is available for the Standard Gondola. Only strollers are allowed in the glass floor gondola.
