To experience an easy and fast refund process, you can request a refund instant and independently through the Smart Refund feature on the tiket.com app through the Your Orders menu.
 

Before t-mates request for a refund, check these following domestic flight smart refund requirements below:

1. Not all domestic flights can be refunded via tiket.com website or app. Please log in to your tiket.com account to make sure if your ticket is refundable or not. 
2. The amount of funds received when submitting a refund depends on the policies of each airline, reason for the cancellation, and the distance from the date of the registered flight (not including convenience fee, discount/promo/gift voucher, Blibli tiket point, and bank service fee), if you want to check refund estimation you can follow these steps bellow:
   1. Go to “Your Orders” menu choose the booking flight want to refund
   2. Scroll down to find Refund & Reschedule Info menu then click “Details” and you will see estimate of the refund cost will appear
      

3. If you book connecting flights with multiple airlines. You need to refund each connecting flight separately.

   Example: you have a ticket from Jakarta to Lombok and the flight you are using is a connecting flight with the details Jakarta (CGK) - Surabaya (SUB) - Lombok (LOP) then you need to cancel all of these routes and the cancellation is done per route on the Your Orders page, then follow the next steps for the refund process.

4. Smart refund feature is available for personal reasons and changes or cancellations from the airline. If this feature is unavailable, for example, because the departure time is approaching or has passed, you can submit a refund request directly to the airline or through halo tiket.
5. A fee of 10% of the ticket price will be charged per passenger and per journey, on top of the amount estimated in terms of refund.
6. For cancellation of a route, transit flight or cancellation of 1 (one) passenger follows the policies of each airline.
7. For flights of one of the routes on a round trip ticket in 1 booking code, it can be submitted via halo tiket.
8. For Sriwijaya Air, Nam Air and Pelita airlines, you cannot submit a refund if you have already checked-in online.
9. If the refund process is successful, you will get an e-mail notification that your refund process has been successful. Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 30 calendar days and will be given in the form of BlibliPay balance or following the payment method you used when ordering.
10. For orders with Non-IDR the refund application will be returned according to the currency used when ordering.

 

If you use a domestic airline and want to apply for Flight Refund, you can check the steps below:

1. Check Your Orders
   

2. Choose the flight that you want to refund, then click "Refund"
    

3. Select the reason for the refund
   

4. Select the passengers who want to be refunded and click Continue
   

5.  You will see details of an estimated refund for the selected flight, including details on the price and refund method. Please double-check the flight details before moving on to the next process.
   
    

6. Read the Terms and Conditions of the refund and the airline's policy. Tick to agree and click continue.  

7. If the refund process is successful, you will get an e-mail notification that your refund process has been successful. Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 30 calendar days. For Lion Group airlines (Lion Air, Batik Air, Super Air Jet, Wings Air, and Batik Air Malaysia) refund will be processed maximum 60 calendar days.

8. Refunds will be given as a BlibliPay balance or to the payment method you used when ordering.

9. In case a system issue occured when submitting a refund through Smart Refund, such as an issue when entering your bank account details or another system-related issue, your refund may be sent via BlibliPay. Don’t worry, your BlibliPay balance can easily be transferred back to your bank account through the tiket.com app. Therefore, make sure you have activated your BlibliPay account to ensure that your refund process goes smoothly.
