When ordering international flight tickets, t-mates can check the following conditions:

1. Flight ticket booking categories:

• Infants: 3 months - 2 years, aged under 3 months can travel with a record of a certificate of flight worthiness.
• Children: 2 - 11 years.
• Adult: >12 years.

2. Maximum 7 passengers in one booking and there must be one adult passenger in one ticket order.
3. The passenger name must match the passport and the validity period of the passport is at least 6 (six) months before departure.
4. You can choose the departure date of the flight ticket up to one year from the date of booking and the flight fee includes airport tax.
5. Information related to when a flight requires a transit visa or cannot be checked on the e-ticket in the flight details section.
6. For some airlines, you can choose your airplane seat during booking.
7. If your name consists of only 1 syllable and when ordering you are asked to enter your last name, you can re-enter your name.
8. Visa are required for certain countries when arriving or transit, make sure you know the conditions before traveling. You can check information on Visa usage on the website of each destination or transit country.

 

Every flight route available on tiket.com follows the updates from each airline. If the flight route you choose is not available, this can happen because the route is not available from the airline.

 

So that when ordering smoothly, make sure the tiket.com app is updated to the latest version, the internet connection is stable and all the fields for filling in the order data are filled in correctly.

 

After making an order, t-mates can check payment status and order information on the Your Orders menu. If you need an e-ticket in English, change the language option in the settings menu first then resend your e-ticket.

 

Special Information on Transit in London

For t-mates who will transit in London on the same day as leaving for their next destination, you do not need a visa. However, if the transit time is on a different day, even if it is less than 24 hours, you still need to prepare your visa.

 

 

Special Information of Visa-Free Transit in China for Indonesian Passports

Now, Indonesian passports are eligible for 240 hours (10 days) of visa-free transit in China. Passengers with valid passports and confirmed onward tickets to a third country can enter through Beijing or Chengdu. 

 

Check out the terms & conditions below:

1. Passengers must hold a valid international travel document (with a validity of at least three months) and meet the requirements for entering a third country (region).
2. Passengers must hold interline tickets with a specified date and seat to a third country/region (the destination country) within 240 hours. 
3. Complete the arrival card for temporary  entry of Foreigners, and cooperate with checks and inquiries by exit-entry border inspection authorities.

 

The applicant who meets the above conditions may submit applications to the border inspection authorities in Beijing and Chengdu. The border inspection authorities will process the temporary entry procedures, and the stay period specified in the policy will begin at 00:00 on the day following the day of entry. 

 

This policy is eligible for tourism, business, and family or exchange visits. Activities such as work, study, or news reporting still require prior approval and appropriate visas.
