For schedule changes:
If you have a plan to change your train ticket order such as routes, schedule, seats, and classes, you can easily follow these steps below:

1. Submissions for changing your train ticket can be made directly in station counter & through KAI Access
2. Schedule changes can be made to the Train with the following conditions:
   • Same train on different departure days.
   • A different train with the same departure day.
   • Different trains on different departure days.
3. Changing process should be made at least 2 hours through KAI Access and 60 minutes in station counter before your desired departure time
4. Bring a photocopy of your ID Card and official ticket
5. Fill in the rescheduled form
6. Cancellation fee will be charged 25% of the previous ticket price
7. If the new Train schedule is higher, the passenger pays the fare difference. If the new Train schedule is lower, then there is no refund of fees for the fare difference
8. Reschedule can only be made if tickets are still available

 

For changing names:
Rename can only be made if the pronunciation of your name is changing, and the ticket is still valid if  there is a gender error. For further information about rescheduling, you may contact PT KAI through 121 or directly come to the station counter by bringing your valid ID card to correct your name and identity.
