T-mates, please read to the following steps below on how to check in your Whoosh tickets:

1. Boarding is the ticket check-in process before entering the Whoosh high-speed train station's platform
2. Passengers are advised to arrive at the station 30 minutes before departure time.
3. Every passenger is required to have a printed physical ticket or QR code, you can check QR code on Your Orders menu
4. Passengers can board as early as 30 minutes before departure time and close 5 minutes before departure time.
5. Passengers who already have a physical ticket must enter the ticket at the gate during the boarding process or they can scan the QR code from the application at the boarding gate according to the specified schedule.
6. All passengers show proof of identity. The name on the proof of identity must be the same as that on the boarding pass.
7. Passengers who are late for boarding cannot get a refund, and the ticket cannot be used for the next trip.
