Basement - bedroom 3, bathroom 3, bedroom 4 + bathroom 4, semi outdoor kitchen + dining room, unique star pool + succulent garden

You’ll have plenty of choices for a place to talk and laugh over a cup of coffee, or to read a book or two.
Guest access
Please make yourself at home. While our housekeeper’s sanctuary will be accessible from the lobby and laundry area, we would appreciate your respecting their privacy.
Other things to note
1. Please do not smoke inside the house, you can smoke at outdoor area.

2. Note that no pets are allowed due to various backgrounds of our guests. Our apologies. Please ask for our other pet friendly unit.

3. No party, or event is allowed. As we are located within a residential neighborhood, guests are advised to respect the community including not to make noises or disturbances that may create inconveniences or complaints from our neighbors. Our quite time is between 9PM-7AM

4. Please send us a note beforehand if you need a special request such as cooking aids, early check-in/late check-out and bring more than 1 car

Villa Nuansa Bandung regulations
1. Maximum guests 13 people including children.
2. The villa is not allowed for parties or parties.
3. It is not permitted to use loudspeakers or make noise that disturbs the environment around the villa.
4. Check-in at 14.00, check-out at 12.00
5. Curfew is limited after 22.00 for activities outside the villa.
6. Pets are not allowed.
7. Guests may not call caterers or BBQ chefs from outside.
8. Bookings via the application are not allowed to cancel or reschedule.
9. Guests read and agree to all villa regulations before making a reservation. 
10. The villa has the right to cancel the reservation unilaterally with the villa rental fee being the right of the villa owner if the guest does not heed the Villa rules.
