Pelayanannya cukup baik, staff ramah dan sangat membantu selama kami menginap, terutama dalam mendukung kebutuhan group dan kegiatan kami. Breakfast juga memiliki pilihan yang cukup beragam dan rasanya enak.

The room was very clean and well-maintained, although the placement of the shower area was a little odd. There is also a long, clear glass window next to the bathtub without a roller blind. Even though the window is tucked into a corner and doesn’t span the entire wall, it could still feel uncomfortable if you’re sharing the room with someone other than your spouse. For a one-night transit stay, I don’t think the location is ideal. It’s quite a walk to find food, and the road leading up to the hotel is steep. The hotel can arrange motorbike rentals, which is convenient, but be sure to check the local gasoline situation first. When we were there, gasoline was scarce and people had to queue for hours. People were already lining up at petrol stations even when there was no gasoline available, waiting for the supply truck to arrive. On another note, the service was excellent. I also appreciated the water dispenser at the restaurant, and guests were provided with a water jug that they could refill themselves. Overall, for a one-night transit stay, I think it would be more convenient to choose a hotel in a location with easier access to food and transportation. Other than that, the hotel itself is excellent.

Persis depan pantai dgn spot yg bagus, area dalam hotel banyak pohon dan taman, kolam renangnya bersih. Kids friendly. Kamar cukup nyaman. Breakfast ala carte dan porsinya ga banyak tapi rasanya enak. Sebelah hotel ada alfamart, kuta lane, bazaar mandalika. Lengkap.

Awal masuk Sima hotel kupikir hotelnya kecil, tapi ternyata setelah masuk cukup luas dan nyaman hotelnya. pelayanan sangat ramah, dan hotelnya dekat dengan keramaian. jadi klo malam2 mau jalan dan nongkrong di cafer sekitar pantai kuta jaraknya tidak jauh.
