The day starts early at 07.00 with a quick coffee or breakfast at The View restaurant. Take a short ride to the Ubud traditional market with our chef, where you’ll be able to immerse yourself in the busy sights and sounds of the market. Our chef will share his knowledge about the local ingredients you select that would be used during the cooking class. Head back to the hotel to prepare for your cooking class and refresh with a drink of fresh young coconut water. During class, our chef will share his insights on how to prepare and cook few of locals’ favorite authentic Indonesian dishes. Roll up your sleeve and start chopping. Enjoy the delicious Indonesian dishes you have prepared at the Banyan deck overlooking the rice field of the hotel.
