Cabin Baggage

• 1 (one) cabin baggage maximum 7 (seven) kg.
• Baggage dimensions must not exceed 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm.

Checked Baggage

• Essential Class:

• Advantage Class & Comfort Flex Class:

1. 1 (one) checked baggage maximum 20 kg.

Public policy

• Every passenger must occupy the seat which is determined during check-in.
• Carry-on baggage must be put in luggage compartment or below the passenger’s seat.
• Cellphones and any electrical devices must be switched off or alter to flight mode, especially during take off and landing.
• Please tighten your seatbelt, fold the table, put your seat upright, and open the window during take off and landing.
• It is against the law and strictly prohibited to smoke anywhere in the aircraft during the flight.

Expectant Mother Policy

• Pregnant passengers can take Pegasus Airlines flights up to 36 weeks (single pregnancy) and 32 weeks (multiple pregnancies).
• Pregnant passengers are requested to consult a professional/personal doctor before traveling.
• Passengers must have a medical report that says, "The delivery will not occur within 72 hours."
• Pregnant passengers are advised to arrive early at the airport.

Specific Medical Condition Policy

• Passengers with hearing or vision impairments can fly unaccompanied.
• Blind passengers can also travel with their guide dogs.

Infants and Children Policy

• Children who have not reached the age of 3 (three) years (0-24 months) are accepted as infant passengers.
• Infants and mothers are not allowed to fly within 48 hours of birth, even with a doctor's report.
• Mothers and babies who travel more than 48 hours but less than 7 (seven) days after delivery must have a doctor's report stating they are fit to travel.

1. Following in-flight safety rules, each adult can only accompany one infant.

• Passengers who have passed the age of 2 (two) years but have not passed the age of 12 are considered children.

Unaccompanied Minors

• Children over 6 (six) years old but not less than 12 years old can travel alone with Unaccompanied Minors service.
• Passengers can request service up to 24 hours before departure.

1. The Unaccompanied Minors service is not available for flights connecting with other airlines (transfers).

• Children over 12 years old can travel alone without the need for the Unaccompanied Minors service.

Special Protocol

Refund

Refunds follow the normal airline regulation. We recommend you to submit an Open Ticket.

Open Ticket

The conditions for submitting an Open Ticket are as follows:

• Submission must be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time of the flight.

Reschedule

• Reschedule fee will be waived
• Reschedule request in form of submission
• Submission can only be done once
• Submission must be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time of the flight
• Fare differences and other additional charges (e.g. applicable taxes) will apply
• Rescheduling conditions are subject to each airline policies and availability

Reroute

• Submitting a re-route can be done while using the same airline
• Submissions are made at the related airlines
• Fare differences and other additional charges (e.g. applicable taxes) will apply
