TransNusa is an Indonesian airline that focuses on domestic and regional flight services. The airline is known as one of the operators serving routes to secondary cities and emerging destinations across Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

History of TransNusa
TransNusa was established in 2005 and initially operated as a regional airline in Indonesia. The airline later expanded by broadening its route network and improving its flight services. Over time, TransNusa transformed its business model into a low-cost carrier and began developing international routes across Southeast Asia.
TransNusa Alliance
TransNusa is not part of any global airline alliances such as SkyTeam, Star Alliance, or oneworld. The airline operates independently and focuses on developing its domestic and regional route network.

Inflight Entertainment
Most flights do not provide individual inflight entertainment systems at passenger seats. However, passengers can use personal devices to enjoy entertainment during the journey.
Trans Nusa Lounge
Lounge access is not included as a standard service. Passengers may access airport lounges through additional services or facilities provided by airport operators.

TransNusa offers a selection of food and beverages available for purchase during the flight. Passengers can pre-order meals or buy them onboard, depending on operational policies and flight duration.
Cabin Baggage

Public policy
- Every passenger must occupy the seat which is determined during check-in.
- Carry-on baggage must be put in luggage compartment or below the passenger’s seat.
- Cellphones and any electrical devices must be switched off or alter to flight mode, especially during take off and landing.
- Please tighten your seatbelt, fold the table, put your seat upright, and open the window during take off and landing.
- It is against the law and strictly prohibited to smoke anywhere in the aircraft during the flight.
Expectant Mother Policy
- Pregnant passengers are requested to inform airline staff about the progress of their pregnancy at the time of booking their seats and at the check-in counter.
- Gestational age up to 34 weeks (included):
- Passengers must bring a medical certificate from a doctor confirming the number of weeks of pregnancy and stating that the passenger is in good health to travel.
- The certificate must be dated no more than 30 days before departure.
- Pregnant Passengers must also sign a Limited Liability Statement.
- Passengers with a gestational age of 35 weeks and above are not permitted to join the flight.
Specific Medical Condition Policy
- For security reasons, the airline can only carry a maximum of 4 (four) passengers suffering from quadriplegia or paraplegia per flight, provided that we cannot carry more than 2 (two) passengers with quadriplegia per flight.
- In certain circumstances, we may require passengers to travel with an escort.
- Passengers with illnesses or medical conditions must present a medical certificate upon check-in stating that they are airworthy.
- For the safety of other passengers, the airline reserves the right to refuse passengers who suffer from infectious, contagious, or chronic diseases.
- An airline may refuse a passenger if the airline is not completely sure that the passenger is safe and fit to fly.
- Passengers are required to notify the airline of their condition when booking a ticket.
- Passengers who require special assistance and carry medication/syringes are required to contact the airline's call center at least 48 hours before the departure date.
- Passengers requiring oxygen tanks and/or stretcher bags must request our call center at least 24 hours before departure and must be accompanied by one paramedic.
- Passengers with special needs are required to check-in directly at the airport.
Infants and Children Policy
- Infants aged 20 days and/or under are not permitted to board the flight.
- Except as expressly agreed in writing by a medical practitioner and when the parents of the infant sign a Limited Liability Statement.
- For safety reasons, the number of infants on each flight must not exceed 10% of the aircraft's capacity.
Unaccompanied Minors
- The Unaccompanied Minors service can be pre-arranged/booked following the Carrier's Regulations.
- For safety reasons, the total number of Unaccompanied Minors must not exceed 10% of the aircraft's capacity.

Important notes:
Please arrive at the departure terminal at least 90 minutes before take-off for domestic flights and at least 2 hours for international flights.
Check-in counter would be closed 45 minutes before take-off.
