No, you can choose other check-in methods, such as web check-in, mobile check-in, kiosk check-in, city check-in, and phone check-in. Please contact the Xpress Air Contact Center for more information.

How many cabin baggage capacity do I have?

You can bring bags or personal items with a maximum weight of 5 kg with dimensions of 50 cm x 32 cm x 16 cm for Boeing aircraft. As for the Dornier aircraft, the maximum weight is 2 kg or with dimensions of 25 cm x 15 cm x 8 cm. If your baggage weight exceeds this requirement, an additional fee will be charged.

How many checked baggage allowance do I have?

Xpress Air only provides economy class in its flights. But there is another division of classes into Promo Economy, Normal Economy, and Flexi Economy. Public policy

Every passenger must occupy the seat which is determined during check-in.
Carry-on baggage must be put in luggage compartment or below the passenger’s seat.
Cellphones and any electrical devices must be switched off or alter to flight mode, especially during take off and landing.
Please tighten your seatbelt, fold the table, put your seat upright, and open the window during take off and landing.
It is against the law and strictly prohibited to smoke anywhere in the aircraft during the flight.

Expectant Mother Policy

Passengers with a gestational age of less than 4 (four) months are not allowed to fly.
Passengers with a gestational age of more than 4 (four) months can fly like other ordinary passengers and must provide a medical information form (MEDIF) made by a doctor no less than 24 hours before the flight.
Pregnant passengers who will give birth in less than 8 (eight) weeks are not allowed to join the flight.
If it is necessary to take part in the flight, the passenger must include a MEDIF stating that they are fit to fly.

Specific Medical Condition Policy

Passengers with certain medical conditions that require special facilities such as wheelchairs and/or oxygen cylinders or require special attention can notify Xpress Air at least 48 hours before the flight or when purchasing tickets.
Passengers who need wheelchairs and assistance from officers and have special health conditions must fill out a medical information form (MEDIF) and notify Xpress Air of the situation before the flight.

Infants and Children Policy

Infants are those under 2 (two) years old.
Infant passengers are allowed on the flight if accompanied by an adult.
One adult passenger can only bring one baby on their lap.
Infant passengers who require a separate seat or other special assistance must contact Xpress Air before purchasing a ticket.
Children are aged 2-11 years.
Children must be accompanied by a passport and birth certificate if the airline requests it.
Children who will be traveling on their own without the assistance of a parent or legal guardian must present an official permit.
