Can I chat directly with the hotel?
For t-mates who want to communicate directly with our hotel partner, you can use the hotel Chat feature which can be accessed via Your Orders menu after your order has been confirmed by our hotel partner.
On chat feature you can directly ask questions such as the status of special request, the right time to check-in and more. You can also send pictures or location if you have troubles finding the hotel you are going to.
Currently, only a few of our hotel partners that you can contact directly and chat with hotel through Apps.
Follow these steps below to start chat with our hotel partner:
- Open Your Orders menu
- Choose your hotel order
- Click Chat menu

- You can also open the Chat feature from the Inbox page. After that, you can see a specific new page for all active chats
