Do you want to take your family and friends to enjoy Atlantis Water Adventure Ancol? Before you try various fun water activities, let’s find out what you need to know and prepare to enter Atlantis Ancol.

• Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 17:30 WIB
• Saturday - Sunday: 08:00 - 17:30 WIB

Please note that the Atlantis ticket counter and gate will be closed 1 hour earlier than Atlantis operational hours.

 

Ticket redemption information:

You don’t need to print the e-ticket. When you arrive at the location, just show the QR Code from tiket.com to be scanned.

 

How to redeem your “Six Months Pass” and “Annual Pass”:

1. The e-ticket must be exchanged with an Ecard before entering Atlantis.
2. Maximum Ecard activation time: on the selected visit date (Ecard activation cannot be done after the selected visit date).
3. The validity period of the Ecard is 1 year, starting from the selected date at the time of purchase (please ensure to activate the Ecard).

Congrats, Your Ecard is ready! Check your email or you can directly download it by clicking “Download Ecard”. Please note that Ecard cannot be cashed. Any case of misuse of the Ecard, the Ecard will be deactivated.

 

How to use the Ecard:

1. At the Ancol Entrance Gate, show the e-ticket.
2. Make sure your Ecard is ready before entering Atlantis entrance gate.
3. Scan the QR Code of Ecard at the Atlantis Ancol entrance gate. Adjust the brightness of your phone for a more seamless process. 
4. Only Ecards are valid. Receipt or proof of payment cannot be used as a substitute for Ecard to enter Atlantis Ancol.

 

The ticket price includes taxes. Tickets that have been purchased, cannot be refunded & rescheduled. Each ticket category can only be used on a predetermined day category. For example, weekday tickets are only valid on Monday - Friday, not including national holidays.

 

Visitors with height below 80cm can enter for free.

 

After you successfully enter the Atlantis, below are the regulations on the location that you need to comply: 

• Visitors are required to wear a swimsuit. 
• Visitors under 12 years old have to be supervised by parents / companions.
• Visitors under 12 years old advised to use child buoy (arm buoy, etc).
• Visitors are not allowed to bring any foods or beverages to the Atlantis area (except for baby food).
• Visitors are not allowed to bring and use private mats/mattresses/tents to the Atlantis area. 
• Visitors are not allowed to eat on the edge or around the pool area.

 

There are a lot of water activities you can enjoy at the Atlantis such as; Dragon Slide, Dragon Race, Crazy Slide, Skybox, Poseidon Wave Pool, Apollo Pool, Antila River, and many more.
