Selasa 15 Okt 2024 jam 7 pagi lagi di toilet air mati dan tidak ada pemberitahuan dari pihak hotel, bayangkan selesai BAB nggak ada air. Menunggu 30 menit air jalan tapi sangat kotor (lihat foto), air kecoklatan dan tidak bisa untuk dipakai sikat gigi, menunggu 1 jam lagi tetap saja air tidak berubah masih kecoklatan. Sangat tidak layak dengan harga kamar 392 ribu setelah diskon promo lalu pelayanan buruk, urusan bisnis saya terganggu padahal harus pulang Jakarta sorenya (beli tiket kereta api di tiket.com juga)
