The room is kinda small but its enough for 2 person and the bed & pillow was soooo soft, the recepcionist is not that good in english but they’re trying to be helpful and they got very great service. I didnt try the food but they have very long queue and they’re must be good i guess. Toilet is perfect for me an Asian (Hot water, Big enough bath tub for 1 person, and water is soo perfect) There’s 2 Ministop near the Hotel for late night snacks and a train station near the hotel (6-7 min walking) and the bus stop is perfectly located infront of the hotel so if u travelling from Narita just go to the ticket station on the airport then buy the tix to the hotel it cost ¥1000 for each person. So far this is the best low budget hotel for Kcon in Makuhari Messe for me

The room size is modest but functional, despite how clean it is, and the free wifi is provided. The personnel was quite helpful, sadly the majority of them didn't speak English.

We stayed here for a week while visiting relatives in Japan. First of all, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location is excellent because it is close to the train station, making travel simple. Our family was in the same town, so we traveled by rail between hotels. Our room was comfortable and clean. They served a delicious breakfast in the room, which was served in a restaurant on the first floor. There were also eateries and markets nearby within walking distance. I would unquestionably recommend this hotel and will remain here again! The only comment I want to make is that when we first arrived at the hotel, we were unsure of how to check in. There is no one to greet you, and the check-in reception is on the second level, so when you enter the building, you don't feel like you are at a hotel. We eventually figured it out, but it did throw us off..
