This hotel is in a strategic location near the port and restaurants. The view from the balcony is amazing. Love the service and layout of the room. Hope to stay at this hotel again. The seafood around the hotel is very tasty and cheap. There are many tour agency to choose from.

Not staying there. Eat only seafood restaurants below with nice music bars. Big crab $35, squid $20 and cold crystal tiger beer can 11. If stir-fry noodles add 10$ 15 to crab price. Small size 15$ 25. They provide bring your own catch for bed. They help you cook clams, fish, and abalone for a little fee. Ego before cooking. Cheap and fresh.

I've been going for a while but this time I travelled alone with a friend from the owner, Saviour and the management. Overall, the service was great. It's a spectacular sunset at 6 p.m., but you have to go to Seporna to see sunrise.

Overall, a wonderful trip with a helpful group of workers. We chose to take a day trip instead of staying at the resort, and chose the one-day 3 fun dive course. The staff's friendliness made my day so much better during the trip, and the dive location they brought us is great. We went to Maun Island, Kaplan, and went to two fun dives. Due to safety concerns, because our flight is the following day at noon, we were unable to do the Grd dive. Therefore, it is not advised for us to do our grd dive later in the afternoon on our trip. We are then transported to the lobster wall turtle cleaning station where we may snorkel and try our best to catch any turtles that swim in the vicinity. On that trip, we are not at all disappointed.

I wouldn't have stayed with them. but had the honor of seeing them and taking a day dive trip with them. Beautiful resort. It's a bit out of town. But I suppose you can get everything you need there, so it's not a trouble. I contacted them via WhatsApp and was pleasantly surprised to receive prompt responses. The divemasters alley and the team were so nice! They made sure that we were well taken care of before, during, and after diving. They were fantastic spotters and showed us what the islands had to offer. After diving, we received a fresh, clean towel to keep us warm. Very sweet touch. Will definitely return for a night dive! missed it since I had decoration.

I stayed here for ten days. The staff is friendly and helpful. The diving team is well organized and experienced. The resort is not far from town and only takes 20 minutes to walk there. They also provide delivery and pick up, which is very convenient. Food and massages can be enjoyed there. Very nice place to stay. Thank you to all the staff.

It was a wonderful experience all through our visit. The king bed was ideal for us because it was a king bed with a shared bathroom. The bed was one of the best bedmates weve ever slept in Asia, and the air conditioning was excellent. That's what sets this place apart from others, however, is the staff there. Everyone is incredibly welcoming and friendly! The two office employees welcomed us and made sure we were pleased with our room, which was excellent. My boyfriend and I went snorkeling, and the guys who took us there were quite pleasant to be around and took us to some really fantastic locations. The resort's attached restaurant on the ocean was our favorite part of our stay. Alfred, hassan, boy, and aj made us feel like family. They always made us smile and laugh and took care of our every need. Nearly every meal we had there was eaten there! It's wonderful to watch all the fish swimming around due to its proximity to the ocean. The cuisine is delicious and reasonably priced. Try the black pepper prawn and white Tom Yum! It's incredibly delicious! We planned to remain for two nights, but decided to prolong because we didn't want to go! When we came, we were really sorry to say goodbye because our time here exceeded our expectations. We wish you all the best and will never hesitate to return and see you! Miss you

I didn't stay at this hotel entirely, but I did visit while in town. The staff there was very nice and gave me a couple of rooms as I asked. It is in unquestionably better shape than the inn I stayed in. It is the newest of the three Sipadan inns and in a better location, especially if you go to Maureen with scuba junkies, very close to their office and jetty. Thought to warn travelers as I didn't see any comments when booking hotels in Seppadan. It is a tiny seafront town with everything close by, but if you bring your luggage on a hot day, those narrow, carried streets are not that easy to walk through.

Throughout my visit to the city, I did not actually remain at this hotel. I was greeted by the staff members, who were friendly and provided me with a few rooms as I required. Definitely in better condition than the inn I stayed in. The latest of the three sipadan inns is in a better location, especially if you visit Mulan with scuba junkies, which is very close to their office and jetty. Thought to inform visitors since I didn't see any comments when booking hotels in Seporna. It is a tiny seafront town with everything nearby, but if you carry your luggage on a hot day, these narrow, carried streets are not that easy to walk through.

The location is new, cozy, well-maintained, and the contactperson was very polite in responding to all requests. They have several different types of rooms that cater to different types of tourists' groups. The local tour I booked through them was more affordable than the neighboring tour I booked through them. Grab is really easy and highly recommended if you are not in a hurry. There are many shared spaces for groupwork or team building activities on the second level.
