I stayed in this hostel for 4 nights. This hostel is pretty comfortable for me because the staff keep this place clean (even the pantry) and also the bathroom is always clean. Each capsule has their own locker so you can keep belonging inside the locker. You need to deposit SGD 20 for your stay. The rules in this hostel is good to keep the ambience comfortable. They serve cereal, bread and eggs for breakfast. They also provide iron if you requested for that What I like the most from this place is a very strategic location. It is close from 2 MRT stations (Clarke Quay and Raffles Place) and other Bus station. You also can walk about 10 minutes to Merlion Park and walk for 5 minutes to enjoy the bars or restaurant near the Boat Quay. I would stay in this hostel again next time if I travel to Singapore

Kelebihan 1. Lokasi strategis bangett di deretan ruko2 dan restaurant di sepanjang Boat Quay, deket dari MRT Raffles (jalan kaki sekitar 10 minit) 2. Kamar serasa pods untuk astronot 3. Shower kencang dan air panas tersedia 24 jam 4. Mudah mencari makanan (sekitar hotel adalah kompleks restaurant, ada 7 eleven dan McD yg buka 24 jam) Kekurangan 1. Ruangan tempat dimana pods berada sangat sempit, sehingga menyulitkan ketika bergerak keluar masuk ruangan 2. Pods cukup nyaman cuman sempit untuk berdua (saya sendiran tetapi ngambil yang buat berdua) 3. Jika anda datang dan check in diatas jam 22.00 maka tiada ada reception yang menyambut anda.. anda harus menghubungi nomer kontak PIC hostel untuk dibukakan pintu dan mendapat akses kamar

This hotel is fantastic, ac was not really cold but still I like to stay back to this hotel whenever I come to Singapore. Staff was helpful, but there is a guy who is offer me a drink when I did my check in with my husband, I forgot the name starting with H i think, please send my greetings and thanks to this guy because he was help me to bring my stuff the day before I checked out.

Kebersihan terjaga. Lokasi bagus mudah dijangkau karena di pusat kota. Tapi ada hal yg kurang menyenangkan yaitu saya mendapat kapsul tepat di sampingpintu masuK sehingga tiap kali tamu buka tutup pintu akan terdengar jelas, saya sulit tidur dg suara pintu yg berkali2 dibuka tutup. Kalo kapsulnya jauh dr pintu pasti lbh nyaman tp tamu tidak bs memilih. Selain hal itu layanan hostel cukup memuaskan. Sarapan diberikan telur 2 butir utk tiap tamu.

we love this small hotel, it's very clean and comfy. the location is very convenient, just a very short walk to MRT station, and within walking distance to chinatown, clarke quay, and boat quay, so it's very easy to find food and entertainment. The room is small but clean and surprisingly spacious for your luggage. Facilities are okay, you have free coffee machine and mineral water in the lobby, and outdoor area in Level 5 to hangout in the morning. i'd love to stay here again

Ini ke 4x nya menginap di Quay Hotel.. krn sangat cocok dgn hotel ini.. roommya comfort, sarapan enak, lokasi strategis. tp saat mlm balik kehotel mau istirahat tnyata bed nya basah.. tdk bisa ditiduri krn bagian atas aircon ada yg bocor kbetulan siang itu hujan lebat. Dan receptionist hotel awalnya blg akan ganti sprei tp kami minta ganti room krn semua bednya basah bkn hanya sprei. Pd akhirnya skitar jam 11mlm kami dipindahkan kehotel lain yg tdk jau dr situ. krn tdk ada kamar pengganti..jd x ini kurang memuaskan utk pelayanan dr Quay Hotel
