We landed in Negombo at 2 oclock from a late-night flight, but Agate had no problem! He gave us tips on how to pass customs and get a sim card, picked us up from the airport and drove us to his homestay. We easily got in touch through WhatsApp. The room itself was spacious and very! Clean. The air conditioning worked properly. The day after breakfast we had breakfast and met his family. Breakfast was fantastic! Agate is a fantastic and welcoming host. We got to spend a little more time with him as he drove us to hikkaduwa, and he told us all about Sri Lanka and gave us more tips. This is undoubtedly the best place to stay after or before your flight! Agate really goes above and beyond to support his visitors. He made the irritating flights of unusual times much more comfortable and relaxing! We will probably stay here on our return flight.

This is a basic hotel. The size of the rooms is quite nice and the staff are friendly. The location is close to the airport, which is a high value hotel. This area is the best of the best. Ideal if you arrive late at night and want to crash somewhere near the airport.

This will be my go-to when traveling in combination in just 15 minutes to the airport. This is my second time traveling to Sri Lanka, and I have also worked with the onsite manager, Agate. My colleague and were picked up in a nice minivan at the airport early in the morning and settled well. The room is new, clean, cool, and comfortable, and the wifi works fine. The service here is excellent, and the food is good.

I highly recommend this accommodation. The best host we had in our 2 week stay in Rilanka. Room was nice and clean, with a small fridge and air conditioning. They even cooked us delicious local dinner and prepared breakfast to go. His English is fluent, and after dinner we just chatted about the local situation. Communication was done via Whatsap and host was extremely responsive. He also provides an airport shuttle. One of our best experiences in Rilanka.

We have been to this airport with my father on wheel chair. Its a small airport with basic amenities but not good atmosphere. Its no children activities and good restaurants except burger king. Looks more like a local airport of a country than an international one

The property was kept tidy. The manager johan and chaminda were generous in their kindness. This is a fantastic choice if you are traveling in a residential area because the location is very close to the airport and even the hotel is in a housing area. The room is very clean, and the bed is comfy, they sanitized it, and the staff is friendly, so you can feel at home. The price was well worth it, especially the deal curry, which I rarely eat. However, I absolutely enjoy this curry. I can eat until I'm done, a good place to recharge before my journey!.

This place was suggested on the Internet, so we chose it as we had a very late arrival. We had to pay about 300 rupees for a brief am tub ride from the airport. The establishment may best be described as basic. In the budget double room we stayed in, it had a fan, a noisy double bed with pillows but no bedclothes, and a small assurance bathroom. Although there was a functioning cold shower, there were no toiletries or toilet paper. The space was spotless and spotless. It's not terrible if all you need is a spot to place your head down, but if you want comfort go elsewhere.

I am having a mixed feeling when spending a week end with 30 pals, but our expectations for the hotel haven't been met. However, we were served delicious food that was worth the price we spent. At the hotel, few wedding occasions were held, and the security was very difficult in letting our vehicle in. No assistance from the hotel staff to unload the baggage either. When we entered the triple room, we discovered that it only has two comfortable double beds, the other is just a sofa that is extended as a bed by connecting 3 cushion sheets. The next worst experience occurred the following morning, when we discovered that no water was coming to the washrooms. Even the employees didn't apologize for the issues we all experienced. Although our team wishes to do some outdoor activities, there is no hotel facilities. It was necessary to go to the grocery shop to find a volleyball or badminton racket. We were fooled by the picture on the website of a boat thinking we could take a boat ride. There is a good pool that is not crowded. The restaurant is good and has nice music there. However, the staff attempted to pressure us to eat very quickly by offering some time slots. Rooms were cleaned. This gorgeous physical asset would be more useful if the staff can be a little more flexible and improve the hospitality.

The negative parts are that it didn't work, the room was old, the area was very busy so it wasn't suitable for walking. We can't imagine sitting at the airport at that time. Although I didn't have the highest expectations for a weekend trip with 30 pals, I have mixed feelings. Because the hotel hasn't been kind enough to let our vehicle get into, the security there was extremely difficult to control. Yet, we received delicious food that exceeded our expenditure. The triple room was filled with only two cozy double beds, while the other is just a sofa that is connected to three cushion sheets. We learned that there was no water in the washroom the following day morning. Even the staff did not express any regrets for the problems we all experienced. The following morning, we discovered that the washrooms were without water. No lodging options are available, despite our team's desire for some outdoor activity. To locate a volleyball or badminton racket, we had to go to the local grocery. Given the image on the website with a boat, we were misled by the owner's image of a boat, assuming we could take a boat ride. There is a nice pool that is not crowded.
