To celebrate my grandfather's birthday on that day, we had dinner here. The dining room is very comfortable, and you can sit right outside the window and enjoy the stunning scenery of Sun Moon Lake. Although it is difficult to get close to the lake, the view is still wide and pleasant.

The lulu area has the best views of the Sun Moon Lake, possibly the finest views of any hotel or perhaps any area in the area. There is also an infinity pool that faces the lake, but the views are particularly good from the lobby, lobby bar, and lakeview rooms. The views in general are clearly the best parts of the hotel. Of course, the hotel itself is also very well designed and luxurious, using wood and Chinese style architectural elements and decorations like china style chairs and tables. Kerry Hill is the architect, and I find the style quite appealing as it is luxurious while also being looked upon. Also, the hotel is close to various nature trails that allow you to take in the lake from various angles. Most people, it seems, ride bikes or drive their cars from the hotel, as there is no free shuttle service around the various sights in the lake. I think there is a paid tour, but I skipped it. In the end, I decided to just walk around the lake myself. Breakfast is also quite good, a buffet style with western and Chinese dishes. The saunas area is also fairly well equipped. Service is prompt and professional I corresponded with the Chinese staff. Overall a very pleasant and unique experience. But if it had been cloudy and raining during my trip, it would not have been as enjoyable, fortunately, I arrived at a decent time right before a typho

I would probably return probably after some renovations here, but certainly not alone. My journey looking for the finest hotels in Taiwan continues at sun moon lake. I discovered the hotel through extensive browsing during my free time, and here is the lulu, the name which might be unfamiliar to locals because they are known by a different Chinese name. The hotel itself has been designed by renowned architect, kerry hill, may he rest peaceful. If you are familiar with Aman Resorts, kerry worked at 9 of the various resorts around the globe. When you arrive at the lulu, youll notice his architectural style, which may be similar to the Aman Hotels. The hotel is now near to years old, which you may be able to observe in some places, but I do believe the hotel will slowly undergo renovations while still maintaining Hill's wonderful work. During my stay, I was shown around their villas, which are undergoing renovations. I took the hotel shuttle, which is incredibly pleasant and less expensive than uber. Expect to be greeted with excellent personality and hospitality with the incredible view of the lake. The lakeside suite is the place I reserved. I enjoy the contrast of greenery from the tree from the ground and, trust me, it's spectacular! The hospitality here was excellent, and they make it feel like you're paying attention every corner. The hotel is old but kept clean. The room is overly large with a Japanese style bathtub. The lake view is a must when booking otherwise book another hotel. Full amenities are provided, including fruit baskets etc. Breakfast is abundant with many options but medium quality ingredients. Although this hotel has some nice qualities, we wouldnt stay here for more than one night. Its right on the lake and offers free bikes. They also have a little game room in the basement that is also free, you just need to ask the reception for coins and equipment air hockey, foosball, and ping pong. The dinner and lunch buffets were fairly good with lots of variety. Unfortunately, the room and the building itself are quite run down. As we walked up the staircase, there was water trickling along the corners and down the walls, which indicates that the construction is poor. Our bedroom also had a strong mold smell and the bathroom wasnt very clean.

Layanan transportasinya bagus dan terutama untuk hank, pramutamu yang sangat membantu kami, sangat membantu, terima kasih. Secara keseluruhan, saya merekomendasikan hotel ini. Penyewaan sepeda gratis, lokasi bagus. Jangan tinggal hrdnya dari 2 malam. Sempurna untuk dua malam. Segalanya tutup jam 10, jadi sangat tenang. Sewalah skuter dan pergilah ke dua desa utama. Saat tiba di sel, aku kecewa dengan hotel yang saya pesan sebelumnya dan memutuskan untuk memesan hotel lain. Cukup sulit menemukannya karena hotelhotel besar penuh selama musim hiburan. Akhirnya, Tuhan memberkati dan saya menemukan 2 kamar tersisa di Sun Bulan Lake Hotel. Ketika saya tiba di sana, saya tidak hanya senang dengan bau segar dari lobinya, tetapi juga dengan sambutan hangat dan bantuan yang banyak dari pelayan hotelnya yang sedang bertugas. Dia membantu saya dengan sabar dengan pemesanan mendadak, mengatur transportasi untuk mengangkut barangbarang saya dari hotel sebelumnya dan memastikan restoran di lobi masih buka untuk menghidangkan kami makan malam yang terlambat. Keesokan harinya ketika saya membutuhkan kendaraan untuk pergi ke pusat stasiun turis untuk naik kapal, pelayanan yang diberikan staf sekali lagi luas biasa. Meskipun saya melewatkan jadwal transport, dia membantu saya membuat pengaturan khusus sehingga saya tidak perlu karena lama. Dan ketika saya selesai tur, saya hanya perlu menelepon hotel untuk meminta kendaraan untuk menjemput saya kembali ke hotel. Hanya dalam 3 menit! The rooms are modernized and the hotel is modern but something needs to be done to make it a top resort. The buffet food for dinner and breakfast is mediocre. The great feature of the room is the large, deep bath fed by hot springs.

I had a great time there. The receptionist was friendly and noticed that we had kids. They gave us so much information to keep our kids entertained during our stay. They also gave us rooms on the same floor next to each other which I appreciated. The facilities were fantastic, and there are lots of things to do, such as karaoke, chess room and gaming area. Although some are currently unavailable, it is inevitable. At least for me, these are a few really rare facilities. It's a great place to unwind and unwind completely for a while. When the opportunity arises, I would return.

I will most certainly return. This hotel is about a 5-minute walk from eateries and stores. Although it does not have great lake views, it more than makes up for it with the onset tubs and room amenities. We were upgraded to a family suite. I adored this room. There was a sitting area with free biscuits and jello followed by two king-size beds with a big to screen in front that screened free movies. Good choice of films. Then there was the next room, which was the bathroom with a large opening that could comfortably seat four people, a vanity area, a shower area, and us. There was also a large dressing area that housed the safe and fridge that contained soft drinks and mineral water. It was completely free. I adored the space. The free wifi was quick. Three hot jacuzzi pills and a swimming pool were in the pool outside. Breakfast was great and there was a good variety of Taiwanese and western breakfast. There was also a shop in the lobby selling souvenirs.
