The staff was great and all the staff were nice. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Nice channel line. The outside was sad and the building could use some love but being pet friendly for a hotel is cool. I met a nice dog.

Red roof is so much fun. Red Roof has always been comfortable to live in because I travel frequently with my dogs. I chose a groundfloor room when I made my reservation. When I arrived, I was told they only had one ground floor room, but the to was not functioning. I accepted the offer since I believed I would only be sleeping in the room anyway. The front desk personnel was friendly and offered me a small discount on the broken to. I entered room 112 but was unable to open the door even though the light turned green as I tried to scan the key. I returned to the office for assistance. The handle sticks, so I had to push it up and down from the room and to the right without putting my body weight against the door at once to get into my room. Thus, every time I needed to enter my room, I had to use both hands to grasp the handle all the way up and down to get into it. The room was incredibly uncomfortably full, including when I woke up the next morning that the large pot was empty. Breakfast was not provided. The mattress was comfortable and spotless. Lovely, cold refrigerator. The microwave in the room. I'm not sure if it works. I didn't use it. Im thinking it works and having one in a room is beneficial. The room was very quiet, even in a fully booked hotel. Cons The lock on

The staff at the housekeeping here are very kind and friendly. They also have a fantastic location to travel, right next to the expressway, and also very professional, helpful and warm.

This hotel has excellent value overall. This hotel is great because I just needed a comfortable, clean place to stay while visiting friends and family in the area. The staff is polite and helpful. The bed is comfortable, everything is spotless. I particularly liked the charging station in front of the nightstand as it was much easier than searching all over for outlets. One caution: The bathtub is very slippery and there are no grab bars, so be careful. That was the only thing I would criticize.

Overall, this hotel was a good choice. We would return to this hotel. We arrived after checking time, but our reserved room was not ready. The friendly girl informed us that the hotel was occupied by a conference, and they were short of staff. For 45 minutes, our room had to be cleaned. They located a staff member, and she went right up to clean our room. As a choice diamond member, we received a special welcome gift to help compensate for the inconvenience. The room was pleasant, with comfortable beds and a cozy pillow. The room smelled fresh, but later we began to smell something like cat urine. We had to open our windows to try and dissipate the scent. The toilet didn't flush, but after flushing three times in a row, it eventually cleared out. He was enormous, but it wasn't programmed correctly. It was in hi mode, and I couldn't use the cable. I finally had to contact the front desk, and she came to fix it. I made the mistake of turning it off, and when we later turned it on again, the same thing occurred. We finally got it into mode, but this should be fixed, so it defaults to cable. When we packed up to leave the next morning, I noticed old makeup sponges and other things under the vanity to be fair, the maid cleaned the room quickly, so we could

This motel is very helpful and polite. I often stay in hotels and motels while traveling. The management and personnel are some of the nicest and most professional there are. The employees are very nice and professional. They take good care of their customer service. A bonus of this place is the delicious breakfast.
