Thank you Malibu Hotel for making our family a wonderful holiday. The staff is extremely attentive and professional. They have been a great help to us. The food is delicious, and especially Vietnamese broken rice with grilled pork is excellent. My first choice is a special pizza salami that is delicious and huge. We will return for our next trip!.

Malibu is unquestionably one of the finest hotels in Hang Tau. I had intended to take my parents for a couple of day trips, and this hotel provided the most affordable rate for 3 adults. We were terribly exhausted after a long journey due to the quick check-in process. Our first room had some noise, so we were promptly moved to a smaller one, though it was a little smaller. Dry towels are also provided in the gym and next to the pool, which I think is very thoughtful. However, it would be great if the pool was deeper for adults and not just children. All in all, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely consider returning.

Very good hotel just 5 minutes walk from the beach! The room is really clean and comfortable. I love the breakfast buffet. The staff was friendly, especially thuyvan, thank you for being such a big help to me.

I am very happy I came back to hung tau, this time I choose Malibu hotel, it's good, with comfortable bed, friendly staff and buffet with numerous options. Especially I want to thank the front desk agent they line for being so friendly and welcoming. She is experienced in recommending restaurants, sightseeing, and more. Very good communication. Would love to give her 5 stars

I picked Malibu Hotel because I got back from hanging tau and then I chose Malibu Hotel. I like this hotel, it has a comfortable bed, a friendly staff and a buffet, so there are so many options to choose from. I also want to say thanks to the receptionist they line who is so friendly and generous. She also has experience that can suggest restaurants, sightseeing and more. Well communicated. I would give her 5 stars

This was our second visit to Vietnam. We woke up the first night to be woken by screaming, music, and a drunk tourist bus full of men. They kept us up until 130 am, and they stopped as we contacted to complain. After some negotiations with the receptionist who spoke very little English, we were finally moved the next morning to the nearby Nobis hotel, where they placed us on the first floor. We subsequently had to get better care of our time there. Both our rooms had great views and were quite well kept. The breakfast buffet was quite nice, and the service was excellent. The hotel pool was small, but it was still good because it appears to be the usual size. The location was excellent, and it was straightforward to use Grab to get to the city center and restaurants.

The positives of choosing this hotel near the beach. There is a swimming pool directly across the street with a beautiful view and a bar and comfortable mattresses. Just a short walk to Hon Ba Island and Christ the King. The staff is unwelcoming. Meaning, they are not very friendly, more care may be taken to ensure cleanliness. But it is a reflection of Vietnam. Low standards on many levels plastic flowers do not really enhance the atmosphere of any location, let alone the hotel as a whole. Next time I visit this town, I would think about looking for another location to go next time I visit this town and the culture of people just throwing empty plastic containers everywhere and they and on the beach. I am really disappointed with this place, it is absolutely a shame. Full stop.

We got a top floor room with a beautiful view as well as a friendly welcome from the welcoming lady at the reception. The employees are very helpful and polite. They are also able to rent scooters on the premises. They also have an easy beach access. Great value for the money, I highly recommend it.

We believed the only good thing about this hotel is that it had nice comfortable rooms and beds. But there were many things that would discourage guests from returning to this hotel. First of all, the staff. The main complaint. Totally unfriendly and unwelcoming. My daughter accidentally broke a small bowl at breakfast, and the waitress stood there insisting that the broken bowl be paid for upfront even before my wife and accompanied guests started their breakfast, how unprofessional is that? The room we booked was 1. Million, I believe and she couldn't let it go and insisted we pay for a bad bowl. My daughter was 9 years old and there was a big crowd at breakfast. Many guests enter the dining room after a beach vacation. The floor was wet and slippery. The waitress had the gall to say we must pay otherwise it will be taken off her wages and what she earned was very little. I have to appeal to my wife like that speaks volumes about how badly the staff working there are. If that happens, this hotel won't go far. The room was good but had very poor sound insulation. The occupants of their guest rooms certainly felt the noisy guests outside the hallways. My wife and other guests with her were unable to relax peacefully. It's totally unacceptable. My wife and other guests visited the hotel in March 2019. Extremely expensive and poorly managed. Staff are very poorly trained in hospitality

We will come back, thank you. A special welcome. Nothing is too much trouble, and you are treated like a long lost friend. The accommodation is spotless, and the position is in a very quiet street, within walking distance of the busier torrent. This made for a very relaxing return to the room after a sightseeing day. Breakfast is a varied buffet and more than satisfactory. We spent five very quiet days there with the utterly charming and busy ever in attendance and lots of engaging discussion.

Amanda, my wife and I stayed for two nights in June 2019, and we loved it. Raf and Jasmine are beautiful. The welcome was almost too much for the English reserve, so we'd come back again and look forward to our return. If you need an american-style facility, maybe go somewhere else, but if you want to be immersed in southern Italian hospitality and culture. The best choice. Hope to come back.

Villa busy offers a pleasant balcony and a pretty roomy layout. Although the breakfast options werent great, the croissants were delicious. Parking outside the property is a little challenging, but it was still good for the end. Busy was the best part of our stay. She has never met a human like hers, and she has never been more lovable or generous than I do. At first, it seemed a little overwhelming, but she is such a friendly person that I couldnt help but grin when I converse with her! She seemed to have genuinely planned for us to have a great stay and made sure we had everything we needed. The nearby moonlight restaurant, which she suggested, was fantastic. I will undoubtedly return if youre vacationing at a villa that is busy because of the good atmosphere and delicious cuisine.

This villa is busy, which is just a short distance from the torrent center, and was a pleasant choice for our rest stop during our stay. The hosts were really hospitable and informative, giving the best assistance and information for the upcoming vacation. The room was cozy, and it had a lovely little balcony where you could relax after a hard day of exploring. Although it didn't have a lot of choices, breakfast was included, but all were made fresh each morning.
