Historic hotel with a lovely courtyard. Spacious room with fully equipped kitchenette. Comprising toiletries and amenities. The hotel is in a great central location, close to the market and chinatown. Peel and leigh streets are nearby, as is Rundle street.

I had a great time staying here, the entire place was very inviting, right from the reception nice and clean. Excellent service, no super overcharge deposit, and great parking arrangements for $18 per night until 4 p. M. The next day with some flexibility. The apartment i stayed in had all the necessities. Tv, fridge, oven, washer, dryer, stovetop sit down table, comfortable bed, and greasy shower and bath. The gardens are so relaxing and beautiful. I would definitely recommend it and will definitely return.

The swimming pool and hot tub are excellent. I recommend going down to the basement and walking through the cellars to get there. The reception is friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, the bed was uncomfortable and we didnt have a good nights sleep.

Not the cheapest hotel, but quite good value. Lovely apartments with cooking and laundry facilities. Quiet central location. Beautiful courtyard with a very nice bar and restaurant. Not haute cuisine, but quite decent food. Good coffee too. Friendly and helpful staff.

We will stay again. A wonderful stay in a great location with excellent staff, facilities, restaurant, bar, and courtyard in a historic adolescent building. Needs a little freshening up, but overall good value and will stay again.

Best hotel in adelaide. I stay at the adina regularly for work and this hotel is great. Its a great old building with a touch of luxury. For a very old building it is in great shape and the rooms are large and modern but still keeping the old style. I am also greeted by the very friendly and helpful staff. When arriving, i am greeted by the friendly lygia who helps with a smile and provides great service. Always followed by the absolutely amazing simi, who has been very attentive to my needs when i am there, she is an asset to the business and deserves recognition. The restaurant is very good for breakfast and dinner, and the Treasury bar makes the best smoked margaritas. Check out the basement and walk through the old cellar. Its my number one choice when staying in adelaide.

This review is based on my stay in room number 20223. The room is spacious and wellequipped. Some dishes were dirty but after using the dishwasher they come out cleaner, Clean cloth, washing up liquid and dishwasher powder provided. The bedroom is comfortable, the tv is comfortable, the bathroom has a good size, the bathroom has good water pressure, the bathroom has a bathtub and a shower combination, there are some marks on the bath, a washing machine and dryer are located here which is great. The lounge room has a nice layout, a nice view, and a nice lounge. The air conditioner can be opened which is great to let fresh air in. The staff at the reception and housekeeping are friendly, and the christmas decorations are nice.

A really lovely hotel, situated in the old Treasury building in the center of Adelaide. A very peaceful and restful experience was provided by thick carpeting and solid stone walls. I particularly enjoyed the tunnels that were built below and the cabinet room where parliament once resided.
