Really is a gem of a property. Spacious Apartment, friendly and helpful staff, superb location. Across the road from the beach and a short walk to the Broadbrach restaurants and shops. Communication before and during our stay was outstanding. Looking forward to staying again in two years time!

enjoyed the closeness to the beach all the shopping facilities close to the events we were attending at the convention centre Barbara and the gentlman at reception were very friendly polite and welcoming would have liked a air conditioner in the bedrooms air conditioner in the dining area didnt reach down to the bedrooms. Not being use to the humidity this would have helped A smoking area would have been nice instead of standing out the front of the property But over all a very nice experience would stay at the property again

This property is only a short walk to Broadbeach Mall, is across the road from the beach and is in great condition, very well maintained and comfortable. The bedrooms are not air conditioned but the living room is and there was a lovely breeze across the apartment with the balcony sliding doors open.

Roomy 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit with amazing sea views. Great size balcony with table and chairs, plenty of comfy lounge room seating. Chose these because of views and safe swimming beach access. 10 min walk to large variety of cafes and restaurants. 2 min walk to art gallery cafe for coffee on way to the beach. On site parking. Friendly staff.

Absolutely brilliant place to stay for the week, really friendly helpful staff and its away out of the hustle and bustle of Surfers and yet so close you can walk there. Transport is basically at your front door, lime bike or bus and Tram it anywhere. The apartment we stayed in was really really nice, right on the beach with ocean views and contained everything you would ever need to make your home away from home a super comfortable one. We only found this place by luck after our cruise was cancelled and what a find its been for us and we are definitely going to be return customers to this hidden Oasis. Thanks Boulevard North for your excellent hospitality, will definitely see you again in the near future.

Please be advised that, starting 3 February 2025, and ending mid-May 2025, Boulevard North Holiday Apartments will be installing their second new lift. Any noise associated with the new installation will be restricted to the hours of 8 am to 4 pm, Mondays to Fridays, and is expected only during the first few weeks of the project. The first new lift was completed in December 2024, and this lift will be operational during installation of the second new lift. Please contact property, should you require any additional information.
The bed type for the apartment is not selectable and will be prepared according to the original room settings. Please refer to the description below.
