In the center of melbourne cbd. Very clean and modern apartment with nice views. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommended.

The staff was amazing and very accommodating to any request we had during our 4 night stay. They were amazing at helping us secure last minute accommodation during a very busy weekend. The room was clean and fresh, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Very central to the city with lots of transportation options. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to the city.

The location was very central to everything you need to visit in the city. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for what we needed. We felt very safe and secure.

The apartment is wellmaintained and immaculate! Our inquiries and requests are handled by kylee, the general manager, who is really helpful and kind! The tram stop is only a short stroll away from the apartment. Additionally, there are a few convenience stores close by.

The staffs communication was quick and easy. We were on the 30th floor and had an incredible view of the skyline. All sights can be reached quickly. Check in and check out is easy. We could deposit our luggage after checking out until 9 pm.

The apartment hotel is decent. Easy access to public transportation. Fast and stable wifi. The staff is nice, however, during our stay, the gym facilities were in maintenance.

The 2 bedroom apartment with 2 toilets was very spacious and perfect for a stay. Kitchen facilities were all available if you prefer cooking on your own. The staffs services were also good. Thank you for the stay!.

Bagian dalam mesin cuci belum dibersihkan, ada sisa-sisa serat sisa penyewa sebelumnya. Secara keseluruhan, kamarnya sangat nyaman dan pemandangannya sangat indah. Terletak di atas lantai yang tenang di tengah hiruk pikuk dan sangat sepi. Peralatannya sangat baru dan toiletnya juga baru. Namun, kekurangannya adalah pintu kamar mandinya sendiri tidak tertutup rapat dan air mandi mudah keluar. Pelayanannya bagus, deterjen laundry, perlengkapan mandi, bubuk pencuci piring, dan tisu toilet dapat diminta dari konter jika sudah habis.

The apartment itself is very comfy and the location is perfect. Just 15mins walk to south cross station and in the CBD region. The reception is also very nice and helpful. The room has most of the things needed for a stay. Just some minor improvement in my opinion - The checkin instruction asked me to call a number but no one answered. Luckily the apartment is quite popular so I can enter the building by following other guests. Better to be able to call the reception via the intercon directly - Several things in the room are missing, e.g. kitchen scissors and hair dryer. Would be good if having a more thorough room check - The TV is not connected to antenna, and it cannot connect to the Internet as well since it cannot show the login screen. So it is just useless

We stayed at the collins house apartments for two nights. Two adults and two children. Trams were free and easy to catch. The apartment was on the 42nd floor. Amazing views day and night and a very well equipped apartment. Everything you need for a great stay.
