The apartment was just what we needed as a family of 4. The children used the pool regularly, the location was close to the beach and in walking distance of shops. It was quiet at night time and the owners were lovely and helped us out immensely. I highly recommend staying here, particularly if you have young children. Separate bedroom and bathrooms were a winner!!

Property is is excellent ,location for walking to restaurants, casino, shops and surf club. We did all of that during our stay. Their pool was great. Air con needs to be put in bedrooms though. Room 15 tv needs replacing otherwise staff very friendly. Parking in secure area good as well.

Perfect, we could find no fault with Le lavandou. The apartment met all our needs, was spacious, kitchen was well equipped, bathrooms had good showers, and it was in a quiet location close to the centr of Broadbeach, only a short walk to mall and shops.

We had a great stay. Location is superb. within walking distance to the beach and all the restaurants and pubs in Broadbeach. Easy parking. Close to public transportation as well. The apartment is huge and clean and has everything we need for the stay. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for 9 nights over the Christmas/New year holiday period. We choose Le Lavandou holiday apartments as I had stayed there before so knew what to expect. We wanted two separate bedrooms,free parking (underground and secured), our own kitchen, pool and not so big and noisy. This place had all we wanted, it was a real home away from home. Easy check in and although we checked in late and office was shut keys were waiting for us in a secure lock box safe with welcome letter. Great place to base yourself on the Gold Coast for a a family holiday with beach within walking distance, shops nearby and not so busy/noisy as the main part of surfers paradise.
