We reserved a twobedroom apartment with all the amenities one could want, including kitchenware, laundry, and more. The staff was friendly and accommodating. If you require chromecast, you can ask for it. Its good that we have daily housekeeping. The view from our room is the best part. You can also swim at night and unwind in the spa because the pool and spa are open until 10 p. M. Overall, we had a great time there.

We had an amazing stay, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the reviews were harsh and nearly put us off staying there. The location, views, and cafe downstairs were perfect. Our experience exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be back!.

This place is amazing. The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was extremely friendly and recommended great things to do and places too. The location is perfect - right across from the beach and walking distance to food/shopping/etc. Worth the upgrade to get ocean view - little balcony was great! Staff was super nice as well. Property was clean, modern, very nice!

No matter which level or direction your windows are, the hapsody resort is undoubtedly the best hotel in surfers paradise. You can expect an amazing view. With tram and bus services, the beach is right outside your door. Give or take, it takes around 7 minutes to walk to the shops, restaurants, and other attractions. You have the option of either walking alongside the beach or taking the tramline, or taking the tram for a brief 2 to 3minute journey to the city center. All of which are fantastic. If you want to visit the three theme parks, you can easily get to the tram and bus services because they are close by. The room we reserved is very roomy and has all the amenities you could possibly need. When we return to the gold coast in the future, we will make a new reservation here without hesitation. Dont be fooled by those silly reviewers or those who complain about the distance from surfers paradise. This place is ideal and will always be perfect!.

Kamarnya bersih, tapi entah kenapa kamar tidak dibersihkan di hari kedua jadi saya harus ke resepsionis untuk mengambil handuk. Itu satu-satunya kekecewaan! Staf depan yang ceria dan baik!

I couldnt rave enough if i tried. The staff were fantastic and couldnt do enough for us because my mother has mobility issues. Later checkout was great as it was in time for airport bus transfer. Residents were allowed to bring their pets, which was a pleasure to see. Both residents and guests were also lovely, which i believe was due to the laidback but professional staffing team. Hair and body products were in the lobby, which was convenient. Tram only up the road a bit. Convenience and liquor store were just around the corner. And a great restaurant or cafe on the ground floor with delicious food and drinks at reasonable prices. Definitely saving to return even though we have only been home three days.

The rooms are nice, especially if you get a highlevel king with a view. The beds are not uncomfortable but not comfortable. This is a value hotel and you get value for money but dont expect luxury sleeping. We recommend this place nonetheless. The parking under the building is a bit annoying to enter and exit because there is a button on the wall. The gym facilities are nice and they have a pool which we didnt use. The restaurant under the building serves a nice cup of coffee.

Ideal location next to tramstop to the heart of Surfers Paradise & Broadbeach within minutes. Property was nice and well equipped with everything we needed (we had a studio). The view from the room was gorgeous!! Reception were very helpful and accommodated our out of hours check in. Only difficulty was parking in the car park as we checked in late but we used street parking and then moved the car to the car park when others had checked out the next morning. We didn't make use of the common facilities but they looked brilliant, especially the view from the rooftop terrace! Would definitely stay again!
