Loved how close it is to the beach and the pool was great!. Excellent to be able to self cater as I have complex dietary needs. Good to be able to do some washing too. Comfortable, the ceiling fans worked well. Nicely decorated.

This resort is not a luxury resort, but it's ok. The grounds could be used for lawnmowing and tree trimming. Not a good sight upon arrival. The first place that needs tact before big problems arise. Overall, the stay was fine but I'll look elsewhere the next time I visit Maggie.

First of all, it took me two hours after checking time for the cleaner to clean the unit. When they finally arrived, it seemed it took 2 people only 20 minutes to clean! Phil apologized for this, but he might have prepared us since we were unaware there was a delay until we arrived to check in. We had reported that the wardrobe had a musty odor due to previous water damage, and we felt the unit didn't seem as clean, as well as some of the kitchenware and glasses that were stained. The manager apologized for the weak wifi, which was marketed as a 4-star establishment, but it didn't appear to be and we thought it was overpriced. Certainly, it's a wonderful location and peaceful.

This hotel is close to the beach and Horseshoe bay. The location is good, as well as a great restaurant close by. We got the highest-quality room 4. Moreover, Phil the manager was very easy to deal with. I'll definitely be back and staying here, we can't recommend enough.

I like the way the sails are located at the peaceful end of the beach and despite the location being close to the beach, Horseshoe bay is my favorite location on the island. This place is worth the price. The room cleanliness is perfect, there is everything you need to cook, and the bed is comfortable. The employee is very helpful and friendly. The value is also good because I believe that this place is quite reasonable. I will be back.

Apartment 9 is right at the pool. handy spot for us travelling with kids. Room was good. easy walk to shops.

Excellent service from Best Of Magnetic (agents) including free transport to the apartment and care of baggage before check-in, but cool reception from the manager of the resort who refused access to WiFi and made it clear that the apartment was not owned by the resort but privately, and that he would have nothing to do with us as guests. This is a pity because the apartment itself was fine.
