This place is ideally situated, just a short stroll from the city center, close to the convention center, restaurants, and dfo. It is incredibly peaceful and cozy. I strongly advise you to pack your bathrobes and enjoy the pool!.

We have had the most amazing visit to Melbourne in the last few days. Having spent a lot of time there over the years, even living there a few years ago, i have never experienced the city i found while staying at the waterfront apartments. Walking into our room and seeing the Yarra river right outside our window was a complete pleasure. And then having it right outside our door as we left, a thousand times better. The location of this property is amazing. Right across the conference center where we had plans for one of our days, and central to so many great cafes and restaurants. Its so easy to walk out and be part of the calm side of Melbourne, watching the crew rowing past, small hired boats full of happy people, even a genuine venetian gondala! We spent the day riding our bikes along the river, fully taking in the delights of Melbourne as i have never experienced it before. And our hosts were friendly, informative and very helpful. A wonderful stay i cant recommend this place highly enough! Just book it. You will be delighted with your choice! Thank you team. Cheers, di and Stuart.

The first thing i noticed was how easy it was to access from the freeway. Being in the heart of the city, i thought traffic and parking would be an issue, but the parking, access, and storage there were first class. The 6 levels of parking are easily maneuverable, with great city views.

My fiance and i stayed from 11 th to 15 th of april this year and absolutely loved it. Staying in a fully furnished apartment saved us a lot of money on food and everything you could possibly need was within 10 minutes from the building. The only thing we were disappointed with was the washing machine and dryer in the apartment. It doesnt seem like it has been cleaned in a long time.

The view from the apartment window is breathtaking. We arrived on a Sunday morning, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful in arranging an early checkin. The location is excellent, and there is a free tram nearby. Convenience center, outlet, and south Melbourne market are all within walking distance.

The location is close to anywhere you want to go. Then, the apartments are available for long or short term. After, they provide elegant apartments with 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms. Subsequently, the place is fully furnished. Hereupon, the place is also located on the banks of the yarra river, opposite the Melbourne convention and exhibition centre.

Wonderful apartment with an amazing view from the balcony. The kitchen had all the necessary essentials although we never could get the dishwasher to work. Otherwise, the apartment was fully equipped, including full size washer and dryer. The location was perfect and just a short walk to the tram lines. All in all highly recommendable.

We stayed here for the pax convention and it was amazing! Very convenient and comfortable, would definitely stay here again. The only thing i would say is that the saunas didnt work. No steam or anything, but i didnt bring this up with management as it wasnt a big deal.

Perfect location and wellappointed apartment for business travel. Very bright, spacious and impeccable clean. Very comfortable with 6 adults. The service from ling was amazing, always smiling and helpful. We couldnt use the facilities due to repairs and renovations.

After spending the entire day shopping, this lovely, spotless apartment was exactly what we needed. Excellent kitchen facilities and a very cozy atmosphere. Convenient location, close to trams, and welcoming personnel. Although we didnt have a view, i can imagine it would be lovely by the water. Strongly advised and will be back.
