Smoking allowed outside the property with proper disposal. • Fail to clean the kitchen and bathroom after yourself will incur a cleaning fee of A$50 • No smoking in the Property, FAILURE will incur a cleaning fee of A$250. All facilities are communal. Please clean up after yourselves, especially in shared spaces like the kitchen and bathrooms. Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink. Please KEEP QUIET after 10 pm, no loud music, machinery, conversations or devices allowed. Please be respectful of others and only talk quietly after 10 pm.
