In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, please write this request and your company details in the Ask a question box. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of AUD 2000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
