Tempatnya sangat nyaman, buat yg muslim suara adzan terdengar dari guest house dan ada yg puter murrotal qur'an sangat nyaman. Bersih dan air panas berfungsi dgn baik. Hanya saja stop kontak deket meja itu masih blm bisa berfungsi. Lokasi strategi di Kota Waikabubak. Actually sorry to say untuk harga dan sarapan agak kurang worth yaa. Overall bagus dan tempat istirahat yg sangat nyaman.

Damp, dirty, the ceiling is full of mold, the bathroom floor is not cleaned, they forgot to turn on the electricity in the room. There are many drain flies in the bedroom.

Suggestion : 1. Bagian wastafel itu kaca transparan, jadi agak kurang nyaman karena terlihat ke jalan, tidak private! mungkin jika tidak di tutup karena konsep bisa tambah tanaman yang lebih padat agar tidak terlihat dari jalan villa. 2. Perkuat Jaringan, sinyal di sana sudah susah banget, wifi hanya ada di dalam kamar, ketika keluar kamar seperti di gazebo wifi hilang jadi device apapun jika keluar ruangan tidak berfungsi. Overall villa bersih dan terawat, pelayanan oke, kingbed yg nyaman 👌🏻

Cabin no. 4 experiences : AC dingin, teknologi berfungsi normal, air hangat oke, tidak bau, di dalem kamar bersih, cukup nyaman sesuai dengan harga. Need to be fixed : 1. Tidak ada payung tenda 2. saat kemarau tanaman atau rumput2 sekitar kering, mungkin bisa bantu siram oleh petugas agar estetika tetap terjaga 3. tidak friendly untuk ibu hamil atau org tua karena tangga menuju restoran terlalu tinggi(banyak anak tangga). Suggestion : 1. Amenities bisa ditambah, seperti shower cap, dll 2. Bisa tambahkan peredam panas pada plafon, dikarenakan lokasi tersebut di tebing pantai dan saat kemarau berasa panas saat siang hari terutama di kamar mandi 3. Persiapkan ketersediaan makanan dan minuman, saat saya menginap sisa stok tinggal sedikit, popmie hanya 4 pcs, bubur tidak ada, dll 4. Ini yg paling penting, Please kasih Jet shower di toiletnya dong!!! Gak mahal kok :(
