Berkali-kali keluar hotel dan minta ke resepsionis agar kamar dibersihkan. Jawabannya selalu iya2 oke tapi pas balik ke kamar hotel pasti belum dibersihkan. Baru bisa dibersihkan itu jam 1an. Minta sendok gapunya. Tapi lokasinya enak di depan itu langsung pemberhentian bis. Deket juga sama laundry koin, sevel, printing, dan klinik, bahkan Deket pasar juga. gak jauh dari sini ada warteg harga $2 udh dapet makan

Lokasi sangat bagus karena pas bersebelahan dengan Novena Square (banyak makanan, banyak tempat berbelanja kebutuhan sehari-hari, supermarket). Bagi yang perlu kopi untuk memjlai hari, terdapat Starbucks, KOI, dan Kopitiam untuk grab your morning coffee dan start your day. Untuk keluarga yang bepergian dengan anak, terdapat Guardian dekat hotel sehingga memudahkan membeli obat dll. Untuk pasangan dan anak muda, ada 7-11 dekat hotel yang buka 24 jam. Hotel ini juga bersebelahan dengan MRT station Novena (2 stop dari Orchard, 1 stop dari Dhobby Gaut, dan 2 stop dari City Hall) sehingga memudahkan komunitas. Terakhir, untuk yang ingin berobat, hotel ini terletak dekat Mt. Elizabeth Novena, Thomson Medical Center (untuk bumil2), Skin Center, dan Tan Tock Seng Hospital (untuk yang berobat COVID-19). Untuk fasilitas, ruangan sangat luas untuk 2 orang. Banyak space kosong untuk menaruh koper. Terdapat gym dan swimming pool untuk yang gemar berolahraga. Dan pelayanan staf sangat recommended. Will totally come back here!

Lokasi strategis menggunakan bis, tetapi jauh dari stasiun MRT. Ada bis bisa langsung ke Orchard, chinatown, dll. Kalau pesan Grab, jangan turutin aplikasi atau petunjuk hotel untuk menunggu di belakang. Book lokasi grab di restoran sebelah saja. Kalau di belakang akan kena charge $3 karena memasuki komplek HDB. Ruangan simple, oke. Kamar superior plus bisa untuk 3 orang, tapi tidak ada kulkas dan brankas. Untuk makanan, di belakang ada Whampoa market dan Hawker Centre. Ada juga supermarket fairprice.

The hotel is clean, and small room of course for the budget, but is very clean..staff friendly and helpful. and the best is, its located right next to the bus stop..so we can just hop on and off to go around ..and its next to hawker stores the other plus.

actually it’s quite a good hotel, if you know how to take bus. The location’s in the center of the city, quite strategic to go to shooping mall like orchard, bugis and mustafa center. But I had unpleasent exp with one of the receptionist and housekeeping who left the bedsheet uncleaned.

When we arrived, the check in process was very smooth. The receptionist was very informative and he even upgrade our room to one bedroom apartment. Not to mention that we were allowed to check in even though it was still 2 hours before the official check in time (3pm). The room itself was very spacious and clean. The bus stop is also right in front of the building. The Whapoa Hawker Centre is also in a very short distance from the building. The price is very cheap for Singapore standard hotel rate. Hence, it was a very pleasant experience.
