The hotel so good location in kundasang. You will get the sunrise if lucky. The facility good enough. The service little bit more improve. What time operation reception must be inform first to the guest. If okay if the guest from malaysia, how about foreigner and want take a deposit? The other problem is... The hotel must solve winged termite attack. And help the guest for this problem.

I won't comment on the view or the location because other reviewers have touched it. Going down to the facts, I would say that the value for money is outstanding, and all budget travelers can actually have the basics at an affordable price. The mattress and pillows are nice and comfy. The duvet and sheets are old but clean. The towels are also old, but I should assume they are clean. Electrical appliances were generally in awful shape, starting with the water heater, kettle, and plug points and going back into the early 1980 s. Its pathetic to have a channel. However, the overall lighting is good, especially for ladies who need to put on makeup. Also, the room bell was broken. Don't anticipate WiFi, which is regarded as a necessity like electricity. The washroom is not up to par at all up to par. Leaking and rot. From a point of view, the management should demand a higher average room rate and invest those funds to improve the facilities to match the breathtaking view this resort gives. Thank you, folks.

After staying the night before at Kinabalu National Park, I stayed last minute. The distance to the national park is just less than a fiveminute drive, and yes, the sunrises were quite stunning on a clear morning. I booked a double deluxe mountain view room, and the room and sheets were both spotless. The apartment was a tiny, filthy, innaway room with no heating other than clean sheets. Apart from the fairly cramped en suite, our room was in an outhouse near the front of the complex, so it was very cold. In terms of amenities, there was a kettle and flask, but no tea, coffee, or mugs, which seemed to be aimed at an oriental clientele. Despite the fact that kinabalu mountain is 50 kilometers away, the wifi was subject to the conditions and the personnel was in no way trying to resolve the issue. If you do, avoid avoiding these things. Otherwise, something nasty might escape your bag, so avoid laying your bags on the floor.
