Dapat kamar paling ujung kl malam kurang penerangan ga berani keluar aura gmana gitu agak serem, byk kecoa, ga ada TV, colokan cm satu water heater ga jln, pelayanan, lokasi oke

Saat check in, saya up grade room dari guest house king ke type villa, dan dikenakan biaya tambahan, tapi room belum siap, kamar kotor , lantai licin , air keran kamar mandi tidak keluar, menurut karyawan setelah kita complain mesin air rusak , setelah diperbaiki dan air keluar saya coba mandi dan ditwngah2 mandi tiba2 air mati lagi sampai saya harus menyelesaikan mandi pakai air mineral botol, oh iya heater di kamar mandi juga ruaak , handuk datang telat, kapok saya engga akan nginep lagi di aitu
