Easy parking availability. Akses ke danau ada, ada tempat untuk memandang dan merenung menatap danau Toba. Ada kebun yang ckup besar juga, jadi bangun tidur bisa menghirup udara segar di bawah phon pinus sambil liat matahari terbit (mau selfie2 juga bisa). Pelayanan walau tidak sempurna seperti hotel2 mewah, tapi servicenya sudah diusahakan yang terbaik dan membantu. Kalau dibandingkan dengan harga yang dibayar, bisa dibilang sesuai lah yah. Mungkin untuk yang sensitif dengan suara2 dari luar, kalau hotel sedang ramai, bisa sedikit terganggu dengan suara2 tamu lain karena suara dari luar kamar cukup terdengar.

Masuk ke hotel tidak ada mas yg standby bantu utk handle koper.. padahal waktu nyampe itu jg keadaan hujan deres.. next day nya udh request utk kami late checkout, krn anak saya masih tidur.. diberi ijin sampe 12.30.. tetapi sebelum jam 12 siang receptionist beberapa kaliii di telpon ke kamar utk konfirmasi (saya gatau apakah jika pergantian shift tidak ada notes utk d baca karyawan selanjutnya). Tp berisik krn sampw 3x confirm.. 🥹 akhirnya anak kebangun.. banyak hotel yg kami jalanin tp bru ini merasakan experience yg kaya males utk dateng nginep lagi

Lokasi dekat pelabuhan ambarita, selain itu juga tepat di daerah wisata tuk tuknya, sehingga tidak susah cari makan karena pas dijalan tuk tuk. Fasilitas seperti kettle tidak tersedia, kolam renang belum selesai dibuat, khusus untuk di yg bagian kamar superior terpisah dari kamar deluxe (kamar deluxe di danau), kamar sangat luas ada balkon untum melihat ke danau.
