Awesome!!! Price is cheap for a clean & spacious room and complete (almost) facilities , on the 2nd floor they provide public pantry for free water, tea and coffee ( Nespreso ) complete with plates,bowls, utensils also Refrigerator to store leftovers. No Breakfast but 7-11 is very near and complete with various Frozen meal. Local restaurants are everywhere around. The building has 4 floors ( 10 rooms with Wide Windows ) WITHOUT ELEVATOR. It is greatly located near 7 - 11 , local restaurants, street foods, local bars and cafes , local art and clothing shops, One Nimman, Think Park and Maya Lifestyle just by walking. The neighbourhood was a bit noisy at the late night, but the windows were sound-proof so we still had a good sleep. Their bed sheets and towels are clean and has daily housekeeping. The main door needs an access card ( so it's safe staying here ) which Will be given at check-in along with the room card.

Ambience hotel yg nyaman. Lobby dilengkapi dengan game. Hanya saja posisi lobby hotel masuknya disamping jadi order taxi/grab car kadang driver bingung. Untuk kondisi kamar cukup nyaman hanya saja bagian luar kamar suara cukup terdengar hingga dalam kamar. Staff hotel sangat helpfull dan bisa berbahasa inggris dengan baik.

I had such a wonderful experience staying here! I arrived in Chiang Mai late at night, and when I got to the hostel, it was closed with no staff around. Thankfully, the information posted on the door helped me out. I ended up calling the owner, who was super kind and explained how I could get into the hostel. It really made a difference, especially arriving so late! The capsule room was in great condition—clean and tidy—and the bathroom was surprisingly nice for such an affordable place. Truly amazing!
