We wanted to be on the edge of the city in a quieter neighborhood because our friends in Chiang Mai had set it up for us as we wanted to be on the edge of the city. Karin Short has an established eatery and ice cream parlor already on site. What can I say, it was exactly what we wanted, nice individual cabins with one bed, a lounge, shower, and a small kitchen. We were the first Westerners to stay longer than 1 or 2 nights as well. The rooms were cleaned every day and towels were changed every day, but you could change them for a 2 day change if you wanted. The staff was fantastic and have also become friends. We fed back some little things we felt would help, such as no English speaking to channels just a news one would be fine, a small guide about local attractions, transportation, etc. The new slat water pool wasnt finished, but the poo itself and toilets etc. were spotless, but a little far from the main area, which suited us and the area was still developing, so these little things would be sorted. Nothing was too much trouble for the entire team, as we also had our clothes laundered to safe doing so on our return home, which was a small fee. Being on the edge of town with little to do but chill will not suit everyone, but it is a

We have a great time with it and its people overall. The resort is quite new and there was still some work to do.
