I am very happy to have stayed in this apartment complex. The security was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. When things needed to be repaired, they were very quick to respond. I had trouble connecting to the internet, they were there within a few minutes to help. The location is excellent, the subway station is just a short walk away. Around the corner was a great food market where most items could be bought, there were banks in the same block as well as atms. There were many traditional Chinese eateries on the adjacent street. Walking around the adjacent block gives you a taste of the Chinese lifestyle, a beautiful park nearby with many activities in the morning and evening and a lovely place to unwind. I would highly recommend this place to stay because it is serene and private. There was a problem with taxi I found it, but it was next to kk 100, so it wasn't a problem. The room was nice, with air conditioning, a fridge, a cooktop, a washing machine, etc. drying clothes takes very little time due to the heat, just hang them on the rails provided on the tiny balcony. A good tip is to keep the balcony and laundry windows and doors closed to keep the cool air in.

When we left in the middle of summer 2012, we spent about three days in one of their apartments, and it was not a particularly good time. It's one of the most popular destinations, but shopping at some extremely expensive stores, mainly selling clothes, is not feasible. The apartment is so little that moving around is challenging. There is a kitchen, but any pots or pans should be ordered from the receptionist on a different floor of the structure. There is a washer and dryer, but there is practically no space to hang clothing. There is a fridge, which seemed to work well enough. The manager wanted us to send the key before he returned the money, but the manager suggested that I call the police. The manager told me he would call the police, which I am not sure what would happen when we got back. It was extremely troubling, and as we departed, we tried to spend as much time outside of the apartment as possible, walking through the malls only to remain cool. If the manager would give us the key and the money, they would return the money, but if we inquired to get the key and our money, both would be in the same location where they were located. My wife warned me that the receipt they gave her had the incorrect name on it and that the lodging was likely not licensed, so she advised the management to call the cops. The key and money have

The staff was courteous and helpful. They went over the phone promptly when anything required immediate assistance. They were available within a matter of minutes if I had problems connecting to the internet. The subway stop is only a short distance away. There were many dining establishments of standard Chinese quality on the adjacent street. There is a wonderful park close by where all manner of activities are visible in the morning and evenings, and a wonderful spot to unwind. The apartment was pleasant and quiet, and I heartily endorse this location as a place to stay because it is quiet and a private place to remain. Although it was close to the kk 100 building, I had trouble locating the taxi, so that wasnt a problem. The room had an air conditioner, a fridge, cooking stove, washing machine, etc. So, when drying clothes takes a short time because of the heat, it's simple to dry clothes using the rails that are attached to the small patio. Keeping the balconies and doors closed to keep the cool air in the laundry is a good advice.
