Very happy with the stay, all staffs are very kind and accomodating. Mr.Wawan the GM is always around aswell to make sure all guests are happy. Diving & activity facilities, forest walk track, kayak, etc. Food is homestyle but good quality and taste. Highly recommended resort to stay when you are visiting Maratua Island, Berau.

Trip pertama kali nya ke Maratua dan stay di Sienna resort, dijemput sama pak Wawan dari pelabuhan menuju dermaga Resort, dan harus naik boat lagi untuk sampai ke resortnya, karna letaknya persis di lagoon pulau Maratua. Staff helpfull, kamar bersih dan view nya itu juaraa bangett. Jauh dari kebisingan, tenang, stay 4D3N. Discovery diving sama Pak Hanafi, and this is my first time scuba diving. Free canoeing, resto yang sangat nyaman dan lega. Highly recomendeed Area bersantai untuk keluarga. Tersedia restoran yang sangat berkkualitas.

Our 4-night stay in Arasatu was wonderful and we definitely will stay there again if we came again to Maratua! They offer excellent customer service and nothing beats the ocean view and direct access to the ocean like what Arasatu floating villa offers. Our mom joined us and she has trouble walking due to her osteoporosis. The hotel staffs especially Pak Agus Salim (GM) were all respectful and went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. We were touched by his humble kindness and down to earth attitude. His customer service was above and beyond and he frequently approached us to ensure that our stays were comfortable. We still remember how Pak Agus Salim and the hotel staff personally assisted our mom to board the boat safely! We left the hotel with a positive note and making our stay an unforgettable one. Thanks for everything!

Tidak perlu bingung kalau cari tempat buat healing di Maratua, untuk Noah adalah pilihan yg cocok, harga juga masih bisa terjangkau. Fasilitas oke, pelayanan oke sekali. Makanannya pun enak, ikan bakar dan ikan kuahnya enak sekali. Kemarin minta trip snorkling karena cuman punya waktu 1 malam dan diantar snorkling ke small fish. untuk biaya lumayan kalau sendiri, sebaiknya beramai2. Dan di Noah ini bisa diving juga, perlengkapan diving dan snorkling sangat lengkap. Memuaskan lah menginap di Noah Resort walaupun hanya 1 malam dan mepet waktu kejar boat ke Berau.

Pengalaman yg menyenangkan sekali. Jadi untuk menuju ke Noah Resort ini sesampainya di Dermaga Maratua akan dijemput mobil naik darat menuju dermaga lawang2. Lalu naik boat lagi ke Noah. Perjalanan tsb paling lama cuma 15 menit aja totalnya. Untuk mobil ada biaya, namun untuk boat gratis. Perjalanan yg panjang ini sangatlah sesuai dengan pemandangan dan pelayanan yg disajikan. Dijamu oleh staff yg ramah, makanannya enak sekali, sesuai dengan review sebelumnya. Kalau ada kesempatan ke Maratua lagi, nginap di Noah emang paling pas..
