All things considered, this was a pleasant stay, and I would stay here again if I were in the region, particularly if we were traveling with a pet. While traversing the area, we remained one night in the candlewood suites with our dog. The reception staff was extremely friendly and helpful in explaining safety precautions. There was plenty of hot water for showers in the room and bathroom, which were both spotless and roomy. Being off the interstate is very advantageous. The price was extremely reasonable and well worth it.

At 11 o'clock the following evening, I came. The staff was friendly, checking was smooth, and the room was tidy. As soon as I entered the room, it's piping hot as I would have expected in July, I quickly lower the thermostat. I soon learn that the window ac unit is on the sluggish side. It would only run for a few minutes before being switched off for a while. The entire night would be repeated, and I didn't rush to request another room because it was late at night, so I ended up sleeping on the recliner in front of the air conditioner, setting up my personal fan next to me, putting down the bed comforter, and sleeping there. Not a great night's sleep, but comfortable enough. The temperature never dropped below 73 degrees Fahrenheit all night. At this location, I think preventive maintenance is not being done.

The location is great because it is close to everything. If you have a car, there is a nice parking lot also. I really enjoyed staying at this place. You can access anything using a key card, which makes it very secure.

I really feel welcomed when I arrived here. The location is modern, they constructed a traditional building which is nice and well-designed. The concierge was very welcoming and helped us to find a place. I can't wait to come here again.

I would certainly return to this place. The roost is a very pleasant and accommodating hotel in an excellent position, as long as you do not stay in one of their rooms with high windows from which you cannot see. I was initially given such a room, but after I called to inquire, the front desk was able to move me to another. My rating would be much lower if I had to remain in that dungeon-like room all my time there. Hopefully the roost assists future visitors in determining the quality of their room before arriving. The staff was fantastic, and the central location was precisely what I needed.

The directions for parking and checking in are quite confusing. There are four corners in the parking lot, and it doesn't matter which corner you go to, despite not being labeled with directions! I had to wait for 15 minutes while security pursued us after being locked into a hallway with numerous locked doors. It was a frightening and exhausting experience. When we eventually made it to our room, we were pleased. We enjoyed the remainder of our stay in a perfect environment with a fully equipped kitchen, three taskers, and two bathrooms. The only other complaints are that there were many hairs in one bathtub when we got there, and one toilet clogged right away, there were no plungers in the apartment. The location is fantastic, right in the center of everything.

The entire hotel was spotless, and the room was immaculate. Although there are a couple of other locations we intended to go, the ones we intended to visit were a little farther away, so getting around in town was simple, and their valet was very swift, and our vehicle was always there before we entered to get it. The adorable courtyard with its lovely fountain and rooftop bar are both indispensable features. The hotel was the nicest residence weve ever encountered because of its historic structures, and we ate there a couple of times, and the cuisine was excellent, the beverages were excellent, and there were some noteworthy local distilleries. Lovely accommodation with breathtaking views, a lovely small park across the street, and numerous attractions are close by. The personnel was all incredibly accommodating, accommodating, and accommodating.

I had a great experience at this hotel, and I particularly like Debbie, who makes breakfast at the Phelps so enjoyable. The room is clean and has a beautiful view, and the employees are so friendly. The location is also excellent, right next to the park.

Will return. Totally recommend. When it comes to the continental breakfast, Debbie Taska did a great job. They served a great selection and an excellent meal. Very welcoming and kind. The receptionist staff were helpful and friendly both during the day and during the night. The valet service was also prompt and knowledgeable.

I found a new place in Cincy! The phelps is great. The room is similar to most residence inns, but that is where the similarities end. Firstclass breakfast, much better than usual hotel breakfast, and Debbie, Angie, and Tasha take excellent care of guests who come down in the mornings theyre great! The employees are all truly wonderful. Additionally, there arent one, but two hotel bars and one on the roof. My company is based in cincinnati, so I will certainly switch my business and staying at the phelps.

We ate breakfast on Saturday morning at 101. She was welcoming and a pleasure to interact with. She brightened our morning by laughing a little with my son to ensure that we were doing well. Thinking about her, I still grin, and loved her.

The room was fine although one spot had some rough floors. We picked a hotel because of its name and its dog friendly practices. The general areas were a little dirty and soiled. Old fluorescent bulbs were in the poorly lit hallways. The doors, other than the front door, were broken, but given it's proximity to the public transit stop, it seemed that this was done for safety reasons. The hotel makes traffic noise directly outside the building. The morning staff's kitchen and front desk were really nice and worked hard. It wouldn't be bad with upgrades, but I currently believe there are better options.

The rooms are clean and smell fresh. Nice amount of towels. The pool is good but a bit small for too many to use at once. Breakfast is great with hot waffles and coffee. Nice local area with many places to eat within walking distance Dennis and Starbucks are just two.

I think breakfast is included in the room price so should be available! Go to palmar and buy some fruit, individually wrapped muffins and honey buns or lower the rate by at least 20 dollars. All staff were fantastic!

A friend's wedding was recently attended by us, so we stayed here. I'm glad we stayed because it was one of the official lodgings. We received a wonderful deal. There are two double beds in the nice and clean room, as well as a coffee maker, a fridge, a microwave, and a microwave. Wireless access is free. Plenty of space, as the room is the same length as the pool room. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices, from hot meals to fruit, delicious oatmeal bars, and even hokani yogurt. To the reception area, the hotel also provided a shuttle service. We didn't partake because we had small children, but it was a nice touch. Also, the fitness center was one of the best I have ever experienced. A few cardio and weight machines that are not all packed together in a small space.

The staff was so friendly and attentive, and they can help with dinner suggestions. The room was clean, spacious, quiet, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. They also have restaurants so it is only a short drive to town center.
