For the same reason we visit each year for the night, the place has a je ne sais quoi that makes it truly remarkable. The rooms are basic but always clean. Their restaurant is also very basic but the food is always tasty. The only negative aspect of their Châteauneuf du Papier which is fake and thus is so cheap.

We have been looking for the best overnight stop for a long time and we might have found it. Of course the rooms are small, but what the rooms are not. We had a view across the lake and we could see our car in the free parking lot. In the evening we ate in their restaurant tete des aux, not for the faint hearted, but delicious.

The location is in a great location off the motorway to the south, making this location perfect for a stopover to rest after a night. The mineral waters here and nearby Little have a bland, flat taste, and it also emanated from this accommodation. Authentic, but simple, small room with no view of the back and side of the hillside. But functional and providing proper sleep conditions. The principal target of the hotelrestaurant is likely retirees and stalwarts, and the pace of the location is accordingly. The charming town center with a great bakery, suggests a croissant breakfast on a city bench in the sun rather than the hotel breakfast in the dim restaurant.

Des lacs is situated on the downtown lake, which is a major tourist destination for tourists, boatspouts, hikers, and other nearby residents. The motel offers enough parking by the rooms, which have an arrangement similar to a motel, a reception and a restaurant, and a distinct twostory structure close by. The rooms are moderately sized and have a large bed. Showerbath was decent. The closet is large enough. The room has a minibar refrigerator, which is a nice bonus, as well as tea and coffeemaking amenities. Wifi functioned well. A little flat screen wallmounted to, hemi input. Uncomfortably. There is a prominent note stating that cooking in the rooms is prohibited. Perhaps this is a concern for a lakeside hotel? I appreciate if having a barbecue in the room is forbidden, but I really dislike these types of notes that, taken literally, prohibit you from having a sandwich in your room. Because other visitors are walking up and down this route, the room windows can be opened into a path that runs throughout the structure, which creates a little issue for privacy.
