We had a lovely week in this accommodation. The apartment was well equiped (but no conventional oven just a combi microwave) but tonnnes of plates glasses pans and a full fridge. The location is just a 5 min walk from the beach, shops and restuarants and there is parking either over ground (free) or underground (paid - think it is $8). There is a pool which was open all day. We loved the area and enjoyed the sunsets which were stunning. There is a Carrefour at the edge of town for any shopping. One down side was the internet which was almost non existant. This is just a watch out in case its important to you. We went to reception as signal was very strong there as had to send some work emails. All in all this really is a lovely family friendly place. Its got limited facilities besides the pool but as its so well placed you can find these on the doorstep. Thanks to the managent and staff for a lovely stay

Family trip to visit relatives lovey clean accommodation would recommend and stay again Grandson used the pool Off season so not a lot open in Benodet but supermarket and Pizza take away nearby

Great location within a few steps from the beach and a couple of restaurants, in the middle of town, so very walkable. Not luxurious, but very good value. Studio last year, I upgraded to 1-bedroom this year, a huge improvement in space and comfort (not sofa-bed, but real bed, better bathroom and separate toilet). Staff is great, very friendly and very responsive to requests. I'll be back!

Le studio n'est pas luxueux ou grand, mais tres bien pour un petit sejour, et le rapport qualite/prix est excellent. Moins cher qu'une chambre d'hotel, mais sans service de menage pendant le sejour, ce studio a une petite cuisine avec frigo, ce qui permet de faire un petit dej - ou plus: bouilloire, cafetiere, grille-pains, casseroles, et assiettes/couverts. Et puis la reception est formidable, tres accueillante; et comme j'avais prepaye, ils m'ont bien arrange en me laissant la cle de la porte du studio dans un petit coffre car je suis arrive au milieu de la nuit. Super communication pour bien me dire comment tout faire en arrivant. Finalement, super bien place dans Benodet - a 2mins a pied de restaus, boutiques, et plage. Et j'y retourne l'annee prochaine pour mon sejour annuel!

Pour moi tout est presque parfait.A part le reseau telephonique. Il est inexitant dans certains batiments dommage qu il faut prendre a certains moment son parapluie pour avoir des communications telephoniques a l exterieur.

Localisation idéale proche de la mer, grand balcon mais parasol un peu petit et à réparer. très bon état de l'appartement mais certains endroits pourraient être rafraichis (joints douche, mur autour de la poubelle dans la cuisine). le canapé est en bon état mais pas très confortable de par sa conception un peu trop verticale. pas de problème de stationnement sur cette période de septembre. très bon accueil

We booked this 2 days before staying and im so glad we did. The communication before was brilliant, the reception on check in and check out were really good. The apartment was perfect! All 3 kids loved it. The apartments were right on the beach and although there wasnt a sea view its a min walk which was amazing. The swimming pool was lovely and even though it rained on one of our days we still went in as a part of the pool is undercover. The location is amazing for beach walks and paddleboarding/kayaking and we will definitely be back next year.
