Check in lewat tengah malam karena ada keperluan penting dan terlambat sampai hotel dari perkiraan waktu awal, tapi tetap dihandle dengan sigap dan ramah. Staff semua friendly bangettt dari yg shift malam sampai kita checkout. Breakfastnya juara, pelayanannya mantap. Poolside bar dan restonya bikin betah main air lama² klo ga ada keperluan diluar hotel. view dan vibes hotelnya bener² bikin betah.. kepantai ikon dolphin deket bangettt, banyak spot nongkrong dan belanja juga sekitaran hotel ini. Next kita datang lagi, rekomended banget buat yg cari tempat menginap klo liburan ke singaraja, ga bakal nyesel nginep disini..

Kami late check in sudah jam 6 sore tapi disambut baik dan ramah oleh receptionist. Dan tidak menunggu lama karena kamar sdh siap. Kamar tidur dengan 2 bed yg nyaman dan bersih serta kamar mandi dengan air panas/dingin serta handuk yg bersih dan wangi. Sabun mandi cair, sikat gigi dan odol juga tersedia.
