Untuk kamarnya tidak ada kendala, tapi yang bikin shock saat breakfast, saat check in saya diberikan voucher breakfast disitu tertera jelas RESTO DIBUKA DI JAM 7 PAGI, tapi saat saya datang jam 7 pagi lucunya Makanan sudah habis cuma sisa nasi aja makanan beratnya mm, dan anehnya lagi kupon tidak diminta saat kita ke resto jadi jelas banget hotel ini sangat buruk dalah penerapan SOPnya, bayangkan apa jadinya jika kupon breakfast tidak diminta dan didata dengan baik, ya udah pasti 1 kamar max 2pax bisa jadi yang datang lebih dari 2 pax, dan anehnya jangka waktu itu juga sangat menentukan dalam ketersediaan makanan kalo memang jam bukanya di jam 7, harusnya makanan engga dikeluarin di jam 6 dong, kalo misalnya emang di prepare dlu sengaja ya kalo ada yang datang jam 6 ya gaboleh gimana sih mana hari pertama tgl 15 juga kehabisan tanggal 16 juga sama gaada belajar dr kesalahan menu Chiken butter dituker telor dadar enak banget yg Dateng jam 6 kalo tau bisa dluan kaya gitu gw datang jam 5 bener2 ngeselin terus dari karyawannya juga tidak ada solusi yang jelas Harusnya SOPnya dari resepsionis udah ada operan Ke dapur tentang jumlah tamu hari ini dan dapur sudah memperkirakan makanan yang disediakan serta kira2 tambahan pax entah itu anak atau siapa dan harusnya ada penjaga yang standby untuk mendata dari kamar berapa
