The swimming pool is within 2 meters of our room and the review when we had breakfast good quality Thai and western food and we are critical! We stayed in a deluxe sea view room for two nights. A sizable patio with wonderful sea breezes. The bed was very comfortable with two pillows per. Daily two bottles of water, tea, coffee, and creamer, refrigerator. Large bathroom with a large bath and a separate walkin shower. There was a sink in the main room with an English channel. Tables and chairs inside and outside. Breakfast was disappointing, orange juice tasted like cordial. Thai dishes or just toast and eggs.4.4/523 Nov 2022

The hotel is located at the south beach. The first beach you will encounter when coming from the airport and driving to Khan Lak. We chose this location because it was the closest beach to Tab Lame Pier and we planned to go diving. The location can be described as a small village with hotels, beach bars, shops, massage parlors, bars and restaurants. Oh and the tailors you can find anything you need or forgot at home at walking distance. The hotel itself is located directly on the beach and has two main parts. The side of the beach with a pool and access to the beach, where the restaurant and breakfast is also located. And another building where the ground floor rooms have direct access to the pool. We booked a room with direct access to the pool. The room was spacious and had all the necessary comfort. Bathroom was also big enough with a bathtub and shower. The terrace had 2 sun beds and offered direct access to the pool. However, the room had some wear and tear. The first room we stayed in had a wall leak on the last day. We guess it was due to rain and humidity. The breakfast was varied and offered European and Asian dishes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel kept part of our luggage on our liveaboard. There was also a small fitness section. The hotel itself is very nice but the condition is also somewhat worn out. On the terrace, there were two sun loungers and direct access to the pool. The room, however, had some wear and tear. On the last day, the first room we stayed in had some leaks on the walls. We think this was because of rain and humidity. The breakfast menu was varied and included both European and Asian cuisine. The staff was quite friendly and accommodating. During our liveaboard, the hotel stored some of our luggage. There was also a small fitness center. The hotel is great, but it shows some wear and tear. After a rough start booking in was chaotic and after complaining to the manager the hotel could not do enough for us. The manager was very helpful and our stay at the hotel was very comfortable. Our only real complaint was that there was no elevator so the hotel is not suitable for anyone who has a problem with stairs because my husband had a very bad back, this was a bit of a problem. All the staff were lovely and the swimming and beach facilities are fantastic. The breakfast was very generous and we had a few delicious evening meals. There are many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We had a beachfront room with a spectacular view. All in all I can recommend for a relaxing stay.4.2/55 Jun 2022

After 11 nights at the armada, I just got back home. The hotel is conveniently situated, and being a beachfront hotel only enhanced it. The rooms were clean, well-kept, with a nice comfy bed and a rain shower and a separate bath. The pool and gardens were immaculately maintained, and the staff was very polite and accommodating, always willing to answer any question they had. The variety of breakfasts that can meet all your requirements is excellent. I will be back in Thailand the next year.4.6/517 Jan 2023

This is a non-smoking area. In the off season, however, the service was provided throughout the hotel with a grin from the entire staff. The gardeners, the housekeeping, the bar, the restaurant, and the front desk all give a positive impression of you. You will have fun here. The pool house is very clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Comfortable and also with a pillow selection that I adore in a place like this. Excellent food quality, and for a Singaporean like me, this is definitely the best black coffee I've ever had in 7 visits to Thailand. Many thanks for a great visit.4.8/530 Agt 2022

Thank you to your staff, who provided a welcoming welcome to our family and helpful service from the receptionist Pan. They showed us the room and were gracious and friendly. The room was tidy and cosy, only a toothbrush was too tough if you changed to a more flexible one. The restaurant would be excellent if the waitress could be more soft. I enjoy how she provides the guest with a smile and treats us like other guests without taking care of us like Thais or fare. And I also want to express my gratitude to the housekeeping and reservation staff for making my request for a decorated room on Nov. 15 for us better. It is amazing. We adore it so much. Considering how many complaints there are, it is hard to begin with my review. Since it was meant to be a memorable vacation for my family, my parents and I were very dissatisfied and disgruntled. At first, my niece and nephew were re-united, and we were interacting with our daughter. We thought what a wonderful vacation this would be as a result of the sale of this incredible package holiday with fantastic children's entertainment. My husband, parents, and small child were so excited to discover my sister, brother inlay, and their two children who live in Australia while the fact was that this hasn't happened. We went to the resort and was directed to an open bar or restaurant near a pool where the children enjoyed playing and getting some drinks, despite the fact that nothing is open until the hour. We decided to go down to the tui bar, which is a small cafe with no windows and a tiny stage. We arrived there on a fairly flat day, and after my first complaint, I turned around and walked back to the restaurant, where I made a reservation. They told us that there was no area where guests might gather to have food and drink all day, despite the fact that we were unable to obtain anything other than an awfully mild afternoon. Highly recommended for families and the fantastic employees, but if you want a hotel vibe on your honeymoon, there is a better option available. In December, we enjoyed a wonderful honeymoon here, and the employees at the hotel did everything in their power to serve you with a truly friendly and welcoming community spirit. We thought this was an adult only sister hotel, however it turns out that a very small portion was for adults. When all the events were primarily geared towards families, I would avoid this hotel. Although the rooftop patio is open, the swimming area is not ideal. Red ants were everywhere, and while the pool was cleaned every day, it was always filthy because of all the lovely trees and plants. Swim up rooms are nice in principle, but not when your terrace is out in the open, and despite the fact that they cleaned it every day, it was always filthy due to the beautiful trees and plants.4.2/525 Jun 2022

The tui blue hotel in Khal Lak is a well-run hotel that is perfect for families. The room is large enough and clean. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. The many pools are very nice, but the best are the beach and the local small restaurants nearby. So you can enjoy Thailand in a big hotel that is about 56 in the morning from Khal Lak. Complaints? I would stay here again and heartily suggest this hotel to my friends and family and anyone visiting KL. At Outrigger Khan Lak Beach Resort, I had a wonderful time. The villa's decor was incredibly beautiful and contemporary. The room was spotless, and the facilities were superb. Here, I found the most comfy cushions and beds! The personnel was superb, and they greeted me warmly in all interactions and provided me with a personal name. I was ecstatic to see coconut trees in the landscape because the resort had undergone renovations, now it was perfect in every way. It was completely tranquil to sit on a beach bean bag and observe a sunset over the waves. In a serene setting, a breakfast was provided on the patio that overlooked the gardens on a calm environment. The cuisine was of high caliber and was also delicious.4.6/59 Jun 2023

The personnel here was very kind and friendly, and the room was so clean, even the bed was not comfy, and the food on the menu was mediocre. The room was quiet, and then the beach and grounds were gorgeous. After that, the pool condition was nice, and then the internet connection was good.
