Hotel nya bagus bersih. Lokasi strategis. Ada bellboy untuk membantu mengangkat barang2 ke kamarmu. Usd 18 flat rate untuk parkir mobil dalam 24 jam ini cukup reasonable harga parkirnya. Ini yang bikin kaget kt musti bayar tambahan tax pemerintah usd 58 per kamar per hari. Overall good sih ini hotel

Hello, I really feel cheated. I paid tiket.com for 6 nights at the Oyo hotel in Las Vegas and when I got there I had to pay another USD 272 in Resort Fee that I did not ask for, I did not use and no one notified me that the money I paid to tiket.com was practically 50% of the rate. Added to this was the poor treatment of the person who attended to me and his supervisor telling me that if I didn't pay I would leave (and lose my money) or they would call the police. Finally they called the security people to kick me out of the hotel, who refused because I had your boucher. Without the right to any claim and after more than 20 hours of travel, plus two hours of arguing, I had to pay and leave a reservation of USD 500 so that they would let me go to the room, which I had already paid for through you. Without a doubt you deceived me with the price, since if I had known that the room cost USD 95, I would go to another hotel. In these days I will file the corresponding complaint for scam and I will make all this public. I hope they return the stolen money to me. Add the invoices payed
