The price was great. The room was a bit outdated but overall our stay was good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and the room was clean. The pillow is not a medium or soft one.

The linens were very clean, comfortable, and nice. We had an issue and had to check out a day early, and the staff, particularly the hosanna, were all helpful in getting our second night and another future reservation canceled without problems. All were very friendly, especially professional and helpful. The next time I travel to Asheville, I will definitely stay at the Baltimore Claires.

The property is kept clean including the rooms and breakfast area. Check in went smoothly and customer service was very attentive. The property offers washer and dryer which can be used during stay.

This place is where I'll most definitely stay the next time I visit. We stayed in the Renaissance downtown for two nights after a wonderful trip to Arizona with my wife and our 18-year-old son. The hotel's excellent gym and two skeletons were great. We all utilized it numerous times. Also, the concierge lounge served a delicious breakfast during the week even though the snack options during the day were subpar. Also close to many excellent restaurants and the footprint center, where we played a great suns game. Lovely lobby and nicely furnished rooms all appeared to have been renovated and brand-new.

In addition, it's an excellent distance from many attractions of town. Despite being a little tiny, the hotel lobby is lovely, and the accommodation is quite nice, if not very small, given that it's situated in the heart of downtown Phoenix. But when we first entered our room, we discovered hair on the bathtubshower, which obviously wasn't properly cleaned. We contacted the front desk and requested that they clean it immediately. Two staff members arrived within a few minutes, which was good, but they spoke in a manner that made them sound infuriated, which wasn't very effective. We were unable to tell whether they were angry that they had to deal with this or upset that a coworker did a poor job. But in any case, it isn't professionally presented. I hope that a Renaissance hotel clean bathroom and the level of professionalism from the entire staff exceed that, and I think they should give it a rating of service. Other than that, everything else was nice, the front desk cab was nice, the dust cutter eatery downstairs had a very good breakfast, although it wasn't complimentary, and be aware that parking is not free at 35 dollars per day.

We stayed here for 4 nights. On 7 May 2022, at 8 am, we arrived. She was friendly and helpful at the reception. After a lengthy journey, she was quick to get us to our room. We are a titanium marriott member, so because we arrived on Saturday night and the concierge is not open until Saturday afternoon at 3 am, she gave us a breakfast voucher for breakfast at the lobby restaurant. The room itself is nothing special, there is no microwave in the room, but there is a small refrigerator. Overall, the personnel is pleasant, and the concierge breakfast was good.

This hotel is nice, in a good location and very comfortable. When I was there it was especially busy but not too noisy at all. The lobby is large and there are good bars, restaurants, and Starbucks that you can enjoy. I would stay here again.

The main areas of the hotel are very nicely designed. Our room had a sliding door that led to a spacious deck by the pool. There were numerous seating groups for relaxing. That was a plus in addition to being spacious. Our room was in fine condition. The room's darkness was one minor issue. Without opening the drapes to the slider, the room was gloomy because there were no ceiling lights. But all things considered, this was a pleasant day in a wonderful hotel. On the concierge level, we were able to access the elevate lounge. These lounges weren't open for a while, but now this one is available for breakfast only. It is open for the rest of the day, but no food is available despite a refrigerator with soft drinks, water, and juice. Two things to note are that the downtown Phoenix area is completely disarray. There are no closed or narrow streets, which made getting there difficult. Also, the hotel only has valet parking. And that's $35 per day.

I will recommend this place to everybody. Nothing extravagant, but everything they need is there. This place is located in a part of town with a few old one-story motels.

The room was spacious and well-kept. The bathroom had a glass shower and is modern. I was astonished by how wonderful and reasonably priced this hotel was. The drapes in the room were beautiful and operated by an electric fan. The hotel looks new. The personnel are courteous and professional to check.

The location of this hotel is next to the factory area, so take care to get a desert view. The room's cleanliness was excellent. It has nice spacious, comfortable, and spacious rooms. They served good quality fresh fruit for the Greek yogurt. They also had a big variety of breakfasts. I think this place is good because it is located in a poor area.

A bar on the property is available, and parking is safe. The hotel is close to the main sites in a residential area but not on the lake. A new hotel with spacious rooms. The staff is friendly. The room is in good condition.
