We only spent one night to catch an early flight. But we enjoyed staying at this hotel because the staff were very friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle service, which we used upon arrival and when we left the next morning, was on time as agreed and the drivers were very friendly. The room was clean and fresh, and the beds were comfortable.

The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the shuttle service was efficient, but the employee was what made this hotel a five-star hotel. My husband and I both agreed that the staff at this hotel were the best we have ever met. They went above and beyond, were super friendly, never cranky or short tempered, it was a very pleasant stay. Thank you!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They explain everything and make you feel welcome. He immediately recognized our award and gave us more special attention. Just wish the hotel could put in a small night light in the bathroom.

I had a wonderful time at this place. The hotel has friendly staff, is spotless, has 24-hour hot chocolate, coffee, and hot water with special flavors. The room was clean, and checking in was simple. The toiletries were excellent. The shower hand soap, lotion by the sink, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all squirted into the large bottles that you insert into the product. It was fun and tidy, and the products were of high quality. The mattresses are cozy. Breakfast had a good selection, with bagels, muffins, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, and an automatic hand wave pancake maker, with a variety of topics to pick from. Juices, fruit, it was a memorable experience for us.

Every single detail in this hotel is perfect! It is amazingly decorated, has incredible views, comfortable rooms, and many more! We enjoyed the spa, high tea, live entertainment including pianists and harp players, beautifully created cocktails, beautifully painted window displays for the holidays, artistic christmas trees, and a giant gingerbread house display! There is something for everyone in this lovely landmark, and Sunday Jazz Brunch is not to be missed! The majority of the ski resorts in the area are a 40-minute drive away, so it is worth staying here! Every employee is a helpful and happy extension of this unique property, my new all-time favorite!.

This hotel was fantastic. We had thought about taking an anniversary vacation for a while and finally did it. This hotel had a special engagement package, which included a number of noteworthy extras and conveniences and was well worth the cost. We decided to stay here tonight and used the afternoon tea downstairs on the second day and the indoor dining that evening, both of which were superb! On the first floor, they had a christmas tree display, which was a joy to stroll around and see. We had always a very welcoming and accommodating crew. The apartment was elegant and extremely cozy! Although it is a high-end hotel, it was well worth the investment for a nice present for ourselves!

The hotel's facilities and service were superior to anything I've ever experienced. Every member of the staff made an effort to make the trip the most pleasant. The family really liked the visit, and I had a wonderful time there. The spa renovations were delightful, but my partner raised a concern about the costs. The restaurant in the lobby was excellent. The gardens and convention centers were excellent and well-kept. The drive from Salt Lake to this location takes about 30 minutes.

If you are visiting Salt Lake City or even if youre a local, make a reservation at this hidden gem, have some delicious tea, and ask Supawadee. Ive traveled extensively and have enjoyed afternoon tea. When I was planning my visit to Salt Lake City, I was really excited to find that the giant American hotel offered proper afternoon tea. Supawadee, our server, is exceptional, and I cannot express how fantastic she was. She was extremely thorough in explaining each tea and offered several excellent recommendations. She had excellent customer service, so it was not surprising that she was celebrating her fiveyear anniversary. Excellent hospitality and customer service are dying art, but supawadee makes your afternoon tea truly memorable.

I reserved this last minute, on the whim, and only stayed for one night. Even though I was unaware of what to anticipate, the other evaluations were reasonable. I had the best experience in the U. I. The staff members were rather friendly and accommodating. What a stunning king room with a view! The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the cuisine was excellent. The king room was so lovely, with a vista. The meat was delicious. The next morning, I ate brunch at a small coffee shop's quiche. I have one complaint about the pricing for parking of $224. Given the hotel room's value, this seems excessive. However, I had a fantastic time overall. The macaroni was among the best I've ever had. I have no plans but to go back to visit my family soon!.

My family stayed in this hotel. The staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was cooked well every day we were there. Our room was clean with the exception of a random black socks in the corner of the bedroom. The bed was comfortable. Overall, our stay was excellent. The question is would we return to stay at this hotel? Most likely no because it's far from most of the activities we do in Salt Lake City.

There were many minor problems that made it not worth the money or stop. For example, at the check there was no clerk, and we had to wait 10 minutes for one to arrive. After that, the room we got was large and wellfurnished but not clean. Dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher, and there was moldy food in the cupboard. The beds were comfortable and the couch and desk were useful, the bathroom was spacious and bright and clean, however, I had a shower in the evening and it was fine, but my parents took morning showers and only had cold water. The setting for this hotel is nice. Quiet, near a park and easy access to the 15 and restaurants and shops. But they need to fix the basics before I think of staying here again.

Overall, I would not remain there again. The breakfast had a good selection for the two days we visited. We returned to the pool and hot tub the following day, and we discovered that a face mask had been left under one of the chairs after we went to dump our breakfast dishes in the dishwasher. If they want to serve a hot breakfast there, they must use sterno candles under the serving bowls or put a microwave in the breakfast area. I would only give two stars since the majority of the employees there, notably the lady who runs the breakfast, is pleasant and friendly. I spent between 40 and 60 nights at a year on marriott-owned properties as a leisure traveler. I've been to many of their properties and have seen their various kinds. We are also proprietors of the Marriott Vacation Club. We got there quickly and were quickly checked in. When we arrived, the plunger was positioned outside the door. I discovered an odd odor as soon as I entered. He promised to inspect, but rather than letting me know if there was a problem. After a short while later, I noticed the plunger was gone, so I assumed everything was alright, but I would have expected a call back one way or the other. They did not remove any trash from the previous renter, which was no big deal. The coffee had grounds, which is never pleasant. So

This property live up to my expectations, as I do love residence inn properties. It is a quick stroll to several amazing restaurants and has easy walking distances to some downtown attractions, such as temple square. Some may find the walk to the state capitol building a little too far, but we thought it was a pleasant walk.

Last weekend, I took a quick trip to Sly and had a fantastic time at this residence inn. Nearly a short walk to the city center. Luckily, the staff at the reception were very welcoming and helpful.

What a gorgeous renovated house! We were in town for a wedding, and our suite did not disappoint. The suite was very clean, modern, spacious, and had a great outdoor balcony. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating, letting us check into our room a few hours early to prepare for the wedding that evening. It was also our wedding anniversary, and Heather surprised us with a gift card to a local restaurant, which was very thoughtful! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We will definitely stay here again and give the highest recommendation. Thank you once more!.

To be quite honest, I was unhappy with this hotel and doubt Id ever want to use it again. After a long day at Zion National Park, we arrived at the hotel at 14. 40, and we were eager to check in, take a shower, and take a nap before eating. Although we believed it was 20 minutes since check-in, we were aware of that time, so we attempted to check in. The privilege would cost $ 20 if we wanted to check in after 20 minutes, which we thought was a little exorbitant given that a room was already available. After waiting until 5.00 he checked in, we were assigned a room that was occupied in the 1980 s, to be honest, was clean enough, with a reasonably comfy bed, but in dire need of renovation. When returning to the car to retrieve our remaining luggage, I spotted the receptionist on the way home, so she assumed she was more interested in checking out than checking us in. That is a huge pass mark for the location, and we thought the breakfast had a reasonable selection but it was served on plates and cups made of polystyrene styrofoam so ignored that one.

Even though it's an older room, it's not too bad. It smells like cinnamon. The small bed was across the room from the bed in an odd arrangement. The only real flat surface is a tiny desk, and there was a lot of wasted space. A coffee maker and ice bucket were next to the toilet. Very seriously. Turn the closet into a coffee bar. Build a closet next to the window. Right. Maybe turn the bed and move it to across from it. Besides that, add some plugs while you're at it. The bathroom was dark, and the shower felt like a cave. The bed was comfy. Ish. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was average. One star for the room arrangement, three stars for everything else. I would give it two, five stars, but I would go up to three.
